I think the E900 is a great little phone.
But doe's anyone know if you can set music tracks as an alarm tone & if so how?

I got this phone as a free upgrade and returned it within a week. I liked the sound of the touch sensiive key pad...BUT believe me it is a nightmare!!! Within two days it had made three unwanted phonecalls, and even when I could see it was dialing them I was helpless to stop it. Writing Txt is as much of a nightmare, as the buttons are so sensitive it either deletes or sends and unfinsihed txt! Sometimes phoning people when all i wanted to do was read thier txt! Be prepared for a high bill if you get this phone!

the sms alert cant b changed to ur own mp3,but if u can convert ur rigntone to other format then should b no problem with it.
the light on during chraging cnt b turn off.

well i was tryin to make my mind up about dis fone n the lg chocolate im so glad i got this every1 has got the lg chocolate da camera is crap nt gd memory, n i got da gold E900 n every1 loves myt fone more xx

flight mode : its a profile that allow u to use the phone in plane....not use the gsm network....in that time u can use music player and camera....without phone functions

Don't dis this phone if you're going to say the E370 is better to be honest.... Clearly it isn't. The E900 has the looks and it has the features. The only thing you can really complain about with this phone is the touch sensitive keypad beacause they're a bit tricky to use, but hey if you cant youse it don't buy it. I sell phones every day, the Samsung E900 is one of the most popular, sexy phone, great features, reasonable price.

well to be reli honest the phone is sooo rubbish...the onli gud fing is the camera...which evn so aint superb jus gud...i get wel embarrassd to get my fone out in front of people coz they jus say "oh you'v got that fone" sacastically! it drives me mad...the touch sensitive button ouch! even the mp3 player! do u eva get that feelin wen ur standing nx to ur bez mate hu happens to hav the Samsung E370, u feel like u need to get that fone?? well that xactly wat im gonna do buy the e370 which is 10x better....sorri guys dnt waste ur money, u'l be reli disappointed!

hiya i was wondering if someone could answer my question for me. i am looking for a new phone at the moment and am wondering weva to get the samsung e900 or d900. i like the e900 better but people have told me that because it is touch screen it calls people wen it likes. the d900 i like but it is quite big ..... please give me your views.

yo, i got this fone bout 2 weeks ago and compared to the lg chocolate i had before it, it is much much much better! has a lot more memoryy! can put a memory card in. play videos in better quality than an lg chocolate.
if u want my opinion get this fone..

Flight made (or Offline Mode) is a function that enables you to keep the phone switched on so you can use things like the MP2 player and camera etc but switches it off to the network. Handy for places where mobile reception is not allowed (ie hospitals)

hy!nice phone but o i need a little help if anyone can give it to me pls...
1)how can i deactivate the auto keypad lock 'cause it can be really stressing sometimes
2)does anyone know how i can make the phone sound louder(in open spaces i barely hear it)

I just bought Sandisk MicroSD 2GB with SAMSUNG E900. When I insert the card , it says "Unrecognised, Format?" and if I select
"yes" then it says "failed" Whats wrong with this?!!! Is Sandisk MicroSD 2GB compatible with E900? PLEASE SOME1 SOLVE THIS PROBLEM !!!
Because my phone and memory card are new, i sure that memory card is empty. And also when connect the phone to the computer using UUSB after inserting microSD card, there is nothing about memory card...

As for the memory card, first thing you need to do is makes sure it's empty. Place it into your phone, then connect the phone to the computer via USB and open Samsung PC Studio. Transfer a file into there using Samsung PC Studio and then it will be formatted for your phone.
