I’m considering buying the Samsung d900 and I have some questions to ask please e-mail me

1. Is the sound that cheap?
2. Can I take a picture without making any sound?
3. What is the maximum time to take video?
4. Does the touch pad work immediately or you have to keep touching it for long?
5. Can you make the phone ringing and vibrate in the same time?
6. Do you consider buying this phone or buying another one??

Thanks
Kersty

Flight mode is designed for when you are flying, cabin crew/flight attendants can confirm you aren't using any functions of your phone that uses wireless technology, and cause problems with electronic equipment onboard the plane.
      or so i've heard...

Hi Lee-Ping, thanks for your information, it seems the Russian Firmware is the most complete 1 cause it adds 2 good features:
        -vibe and ring same time
        -recording calls
Now my question is, where I can get the Russian Firmware and how to setup it?
        Thanks dudes

In reply to your question Tony, this phone is selling on Ebay, adtrader etc for around £130.00+, sometimes less, sometimes higher. My advice would be to see if you can try one out first, for a few days if poss as after having mine for a few weeks, i just can't get to grips with it.

You CAN get vibe-and-ring with this phone. You just need to download the Russian firmware.

Which part of my posting doesn't make sense to you BOB? Did I ever claim to know everything? My posting was meant for those who are asking some basic silly qustions that is easily available on the net. I dont know you fall under which category.
Yes forum is used for actively swapping information and its good to see people like here just below yours posting...but then what information about this phone did you share? Ask yourself first.

I have now had this phone for a little under 2 months and I have come the end of my tether with it. Although it looks fantastic and the camera quality is second to none, it simply isn't practical. If your a person with a lot of patience then perhaps you may get along with it just fine, but I cannot count the times i have wanted to throw it against a wall because every time i'm in the middle of doing something, I accidently touch the cancel button and because its so sensitive, it goes straight back to the main display. Also, the amount of times i've looked at my phone and realised i've called someone without meaning to is just not funny.
As such, I have now decided to sell it as I have no longer any use for it. To summarize: Looks 10/10, camera quality 10/10, practicality 0/10.

Whats happening here..so many stupid questions and no answers. i dont have the e900(I wish I have one), but still I can answer some.

e900 comes with a "Touch Pad" NOT "touch screen" to start with...Get yourself educated. If you have never used a Touch Pad..it will take a while to get used to it, then you will be fine. Why you mistakenly press some other buttons in anyways huh?? thats your fault, not the phone's.

This is one of the best looking phones right now. No it doesnt ring and vibrate at the same time. But of course it vibrates. No, samsung phones doesnt let you choose your own sms tone. LIVE WITH IT or LEAVE IT, if you are so paranoid about sms tone. Get a D900 if you are looking for more features, that comes with a 3 mp autofocus cam...much slimmer and that rings and vibrates at the same time.

No T-mobile is not coming up with e900. they are coming up with D840 and X820 with somer modification like adding 850mhz and microSD card slot. Do some reading and use the internet for some good reason other than looking for porn clips people. All the informations are there....you dont have to ask those stupid questions.

The touchpad is very sensitive & especially so when im typing smses, it irks me because i usually get thrown out of the Message section when i press a wrong button accidentally & hence have to re-type. The Message tone also doesnt come with vibration so usually i cant really hear when i receive a New message. The camera features are not as sharp & the pictures taken arent nice as they are usually pixelated. Quite dissappointed with the phone. But the design looks classy and very elegant for ladies. Not very user friendly though, the sad part =(

I'm really excited about this phone. Does anyone know if it's available with any carriers or if you just have to buy it and sign up for one? I have T-Mobile now and I want to upgrade, and I know they're coming out with some new phones at the end of the month... any chance this might be one of them?
