and why the 1Ghz processor when there's 1.3Ghz out there, and while we're at it, why not up the screen resolution. Why not, since we're all willing to buy SUPEROMEGAphones for hundreds of euros.
Improving the camera would make it a lot more expensive, for an already "very" expensive phone. Not many people are willing to pay that much and not many people need super camera quality when the quality is already great.

Gsmarena is just a Name. There is no Network restriction, if there is that is it's all about Mobile.
