ive had the fone for about 2 weeks now... i like it but i find it very annoyin that i cant manipulate the music player as i like and the phone is very selective of the signals it choses, therefore it is very hard to have a conversation with people... otherwise its very good.

Well, I got this phone last Saturday from China last Saturday and this is what happened. It messed up my SIM card. I have AT&T Cingular service and reside in the US. Now, after I switched SIM cards, it said that my SIM was blocked. After I switched back, it said service was unavailable. Now, I called AT&T Wireless, and they told me it was unactivated and did a check for the activation code. Apparently, there isn't one for the F480. Just lovely, what a waste of time and money.

yep. go into camera. then mode, camcorder, settings , recording mode and put it on normal

Guys please help... I have been told that turning off 3g really improves the signal dropout, but how is this done? HOw do i turn off 3G?

Love the phone but gutted that I dont have smiley in SMS anyone know if you can get them?? found the manual next to useless but figured most things out, thouht I would find the full manual on line but no. not used the phone to call so will see how the screen gets on but very sensitve when scrolling.

does this phone give you the option to listen to select voicemails the way the iphone does? or do you have to listen to the entire mailbox? i would be using this phone on US AT&T network, anyone been able to set theirs up easily?

i had my F480 just for few days ..... n i am from Malaysia ..... i notice that the 5MP camera picture quality i very poor ..... the problem came out when the picture is saving .... b4 it save its very clear n after save maybe the compressing process make the picture turn blur .... feel very disappointed ..... antone notice these pls update :) thx

Phone constantly keeps dropping calls, Im on 02 network, All other functions brilliant as long as you dont want to make any phone calls

i just love it but one of frind using this cell .i sow lots of scratch on the monitor so they should put scratch proof meterial on it.coz its piece of cosly.................

Good tip for anyone that owns this phone to extend battery life. Turn the screen brightness down to 3, it's still leaves the screen very visable, and so far I'm on the beginning of day 4 and have only lost one bar with moderate use, which included 20 mins web browsing.

I have T-Mobile US and a friend and I really like this phone we are definitly thinking about getting it. But we had a couple questions: We have found that sometimes when you purchase the phones that are not supplied by the company they lack certain features and you have trouble with sending and recieving email and texts. Is that the case with this phone? Anyone in the U.S. who has tmobile and purchased this phone has any advice, cautions , or definite positives. Your opinion would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
