i just bought the phone and up to now it's great! the price is a bit high but it's worth it!

victor, 07 Jul 2008can i reduce the text size is sms..its too big..Hmmm u reminded me of one point which im irritated with. the LARGE FONTS of the text msgs. well the only thing you can do while reading ur text msgs is by pressing the volume control. - to make it smaller and + to make it bigger. but do take note that you cant save the settings to your preferred size, im afraid. you've gotta do it manually each time ur reading a msg. =) hope this helps.

I was a Nokia person and Ive totally jumped ship! I love my Sansung F480 to bits! it's a great phone. although im still getting use to the Samsung functions. I do miss the user friendliness of Nokia though. haha but now Samsung all the way!

Exellent phone. Was not sure myself but do not regret one bit!!
The screen quality is amazing compared to my old SE K800i. Battery life is loads better!! Can last 3 days event with listening to music and making a few calls and texting!!
Camera could be better, but i've heard if you play around with the settings, you can make it better!? Any comments on that would be appreciated.:)

If you wish to download playable games and programmes, then please follow the link below where there are a host of games and other applications for your Samsung F480:

Basically, what you do is choose the application that you wish to download, and click on it.
*You should be able to view a 6 digit number for the app you wish to download. For example, 504220.
*On your Samsung F480, open up your web browser and type in the following URL (as cited on the link I’ve given you):
http://wap.mobile9.com/
* A box should appear on your screen with the title ‘Enter WAP ID:’ Input the 6 digit wap number, for example ‘504220’.
*Click on ‘Select’ and then ‘Get file’
* Click on ‘Download file’
Once the application is downloaded, you can play the app or click on ‘menu’ and then ‘applications’ and then ‘games’ where you’ll be able to find the application.

Does anybody know how to remove low battery warning tone/vibro? This is so stupid - battery is already low, but phone takes power to warn me about it. I switched it on silent mode - then it started to warn me by vibro. Silly!

Can someone please help me!!! This phone has an option to receive delivery reports but my option is greyed out and i am unable to change this..Does anyone know why i cannot change this option? I need delivery reports for SMS!!!

1)does it have a feature of displaying the incoming call/dialed call numbers/id name ,displaying in ,an optional, large bold type font to make it readable without spectacles?

Anonymous, 06 Jul 2008my boyfriend bought it yesterday, and the pictures taken u... moreof course its going to be pixelated. If you send any large jpeg to the phone they will be. Inversely, if you send pictures from the phone to the computer they will look great. The pictures taken on the phone have to be squished down to a 2.8" screen so they will look very rigid on the phone.
