To start the camera, press and hold the camera key (which is in the right side like volume key).
Once you are in camera mode, press the camera key half way for auto focus and then press once again fully. This should give you a better photo.

i just bought this phone today i am used to having sony ericsson but this is a slight change i really like it it's something different the only thing using the camera is quite difficult otherwise great.

bought this fone today, didnt like it i guess my k800 was better then this
made a mistake of buying samsung
can any tell how can i watch my photos in a slide show if they are in memory card ? i transfered few pics from my laptop but i cant view it in a slide show

I bought that phone a month ago. I like the desigh but sounds are very unclear. The quality of the sound depends on the area. I had much better service with a cheapest Sprint phone.

i'm from malaysia and would like to know what website should i surf in order to upgrade my g600's firmware?i wanna change my sms polyphonic to mp3.my g600's default firmware doesnt allow me to create my own themes,y ya?

I had this problem with my old phone and what I did to resolve the problem was go into my contacts list and replace the '0' on every number with +44. Eg +447891234567. This should work.

caller's ID,I mean the person trying to contact you. in phone settings,no.6 in "show caller info".make sure it's on yes.hope it works :)

10x a million!I can finally hear a clear cut voice!This phone is great, like a little jewel :)the only not so good thisng is thet it seems to me a little slow or maybe I'm not used to this scroll yet.BTW,I receive my messages with sender's identity,not number.I think you have "caller id" hidden set on your phone.bye.

You have the option to put on/off the VOICE CLARITY as well as WHISPER mode. To do so, whenever you are on a call, go to option and do the necessary changes once.

Hiya is anyone else having probs with all the software for this phone? my d900i was fab with the pc studio but this one shows 'unexpected error' or sometimes just freezes totally and i cannot transfer files from it to my laptop, the pics will store on the memory card but then when i put the mem card in digi camera no pics show up so i just cannot get my files off the phone! its driving me crazy. any advice? have already tried uninstalling drivers etc but no joy. thanks.

Yes my k800 showed the time and message icons in standby mode. So did my old samsung d500. I got used to having this feature, but now I'm also getting used to not having it ha.
