androfan, 06 Jan 2011anyways android phones with front cams are rare as android ... morethe dealer said the same thing that android phones do not have front cams for video calls. but i thing the samsung galaxy S and the Nexus s are equiped with a front cam.

hey guys. Can someone please answer my query. i am at my wits end. (not that i am very witfull :-))
if within a call i try to go to some other screen, say to contacts, then i cant come back to the calling screen and as a result i am not able to figure out a way to end the call unless the other party hangs up. can some one tell me whats happening. this is my first android touch phone. else all my earlier phones had a call end button ;-)

It is definitely a 3G phone........the only problem is, it doesn't have secondary camera which comes handy during a video call...

is it possible to voice record a conversatrion ? And again is it possible to replay the file while another conversation. this I use to workout in my nokia E63 for my business . is it possible in Galaxy 551?
because while I tried this in Galaxy 3 , I was informed 'voice recording not possible while conversation'.

cam is not good Cam is good.
If you think it get blurry it just because it's not focus yet. Don't push the button, but long press to get the focus, and then release.
So many people confuse with it.

i bought it for 11999.000 frm mobile store, bangalore....gsm arena shows up that it has got a 3g..but i have heard roumours that it dosent have 3g.. can someone plz tell em that does it practially supports 3 g or not..??

So.. how bad is the camera really? is it worst than the LG cookie(the original KP500)?
how long will this phone last with normal usage?
an hour of calling, some texting, IM, some browsing, no gaming and no music?

This android has 3G, even 3.5G (HSDPA).
I have it now, i love this phone.
The main disadvantage is the battery,
it's just 1200 mAh.
