It has a better processor than the galaxy a20s and the a11, offers only less storage. Storage is not a problem for everybody. Not the worst phone on 2020.

Good device forget the storage if you want storage buy the a11. Very good size and not bad for 80 or 90$

Thats not qualify in android 10 see android 9 pie all phone on android 9 pie have minimum storage of 32gb of internal storage thats unfair to 9 pie users that android 10 have an 16gb thats very disappointing 😠😠😈😈 i think 16gb internal should have android go edition
Android 11 should have a 64gb minimum internal storage as i expected lets see the Google what they are doing to weak phones

Before I bought this phone, I called the manager back and said it did not have enough memory (16gb per my friend) and he said he would add another 16gb for free so I purchased their service with "unlimited phone, text and data" but when I went to check the storage, it said 16gb, NOT 32gb. So, how do I check if he really put the additional 16gb in since he delivered the phone and it was open and the next time, he said he added an extra photo card so I don't know if he is making it up or inadvertently forgot. I am new to Smartphones (a Senior) so I just took him at his word but now I want to know if I can check this. Thank you in advance.

My new phone won't let me answer calls when it rings. I push the icon from left to top right an drops all calls. Is there something in the phone that will answer the calls otherwise I have to recall everyone who calls me. Help.

Terrible, Dosnt connect to wifi, When it says have GPS, It dosnt and if it do. Dosnt work. Shitty storage
