Before I bought this phone, I called the manager back and said it did not have enough memory (16gb per my friend) and he said he would add another 16gb for free so I purchased their service with "unlimited phone, text and data" but when I went to check the storage, it said 16gb, NOT 32gb. So, how do I check if he really put the additional 16gb in since he delivered the phone and it was open and the next time, he said he added an extra photo card so I don't know if he is making it up or inadvertently forgot. I am new to Smartphones (a Senior) so I just took him at his word but now I want to know if I can check this. Thank you in advance.

My new phone won't let me answer calls when it rings. I push the icon from left to top right an drops all calls. Is there something in the phone that will answer the calls otherwise I have to recall everyone who calls me. Help.

Terrible, Dosnt connect to wifi, When it says have GPS, It dosnt and if it do. Dosnt work. Shitty storage

WiFi connection is the absolute worst. None of the networks that I use for Internet show as available networks on galaxy a01 as they do on other devices I've used in the past. Occasionally when it does connect, it's only for several minutes then I get notice that my wifi had no internet(but yet the device sitting next to it is still connected with Internet) makes no sense and any information to help me understand it or even perhaps correct the issue would be appreciated. Thanks

Bought it for the size. 2 months in of light-medium usage, no hiccups or crashes. Need to be careful with storage. Feels like it could last 2 years, or even 3 in expert hands.
