received 2 days in asian language think vietnamese.has no icons and user manual says what to do .does not respond . so contacted samsung but as not sold australia cant help nor can supplier kogan .any suggestions?

Great quality for the price
Great front and rear camera.
I have a 16gb memory,,and i love to have lot of apps on my phone and I didn't even got a low memory notification or something like that.
I really recommend this for a everyday phone😉

My biggest mistake ever was to purchase this phone. I only need 1 function, simple screen mirroring and that is not possible with this piece of sh#$!. I should have spent the 99 dollars to replace my Galaxy J 7Crown .

Wow!excellent budget phone. I already bought it today. The camera perfomance is better that expected. In my opinion,I should buy nokia,apple and samsung phones because it is suitable. Did not have any problem but this phone have a large screen. When I set facial unlock, I locked it and unlocked it with my face. As you can see the lock on the top. It is similar as an iphone x. Actually,I buy samsung an apple phones

My grandmother is in her 70s and needed a change her phone. This was good for what she needed. If she wants to take pictures it’s there. She can use YouTube and play the few games that she’s use to without any issue. I think it’s a pretty good elderly friendly phone for the price.

At first all things are ok.but at present back camera doesn't work,it shows" security system doesn't allow to open back camera".camera software crash more and more.
