I bought a Realme C2 but the experience was just pure bullshit. I traded it with my sister's Galaxy Grand Prime+ (she made no late in agreeing), and I'm happy with this phone because the experience is minimal and very easy. Plus Samsung rocks even at less numbers.

Redmi 7A or Galaxy A01Here it goes:
The samsung has larger small bezels screen yet is lighter, PLS is samsung's IPS.
The 7a has larger battery but you will get to the end of the day with either phone. Has a compass sensor which is almost redundant with GPS. A 2 mp depth sensor for some pic styles.
The samsung has android 10 out of the box and oneUI 2 which is by far regarded as better than MIUI.
The 7As MIUI is an ads/spam machine that never stops and it takes time and effort to reduce the number of ads that cannot be eliminated fully. The 7a has android 9 and may or may not get 10. The 7a as most chinese phones can contain china spyware.
So there you go pretty much the same unless you want to pay extra for more storage BUT the user experience with samsung will be better.

If you are a light user who wants a lighter, smaller phone from a trusted manufacturer you are going to go with the samsung eyes closed.
And then if you go with the redmi you get to pay the better specs through tons of ads which can't be totally controlled, privacy concerns and bad software.
User experience many times is way more important that some specs that many people won't even make use of.

It have Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 (12nm), same as Xiaomi Redmi 7a, 8a, Redmi 8, and Nokia 4.2, price is about 90 euros

My samsung J5 from 2017 is much better then this thing lol :)
Still 2gb ram and 16 storage, but mine have 13 mp camera on both sides, front and back
And j5 2017 also have aluminium body and frame, it even feels premium compared with this one lol
Well, it seems also much cheaper then what i have so we should not expect too much from it

RZA, 21 Jan 2020Mobile should be with in 6 inch and 7.5mm thin 4gb 4000 to ... morebruh this is just a cheap (less than $100) phone. and is good for people for small hands since it has a 5.7 inch screen, there's no use of using a 4000/5000 mah battery since the processor is already really efficient. also this uses a exynos 7884 (14nm process) based on the clockspeeds and this is really efficient so yeah.

Any new midrange Samsung seems like a joke in comparison.

With solid Mattel body.. i want to buy mid range phone but all phones are 6.5 or more display . In Samsung there is no options with amoled display
