I have been using Samsung phone but this Samsung galaxy A02 is the worst Samsung product. It hang, the network service is so bad, i don't like the phone Samsung do something about it.

The worst phone ever! It hangs and I can't use the apps properly. It is good for a person who uses Nokia and then switch to smart phone.

I used to be a fan of Samsung phone but after this phone, I say SHAME ON SAMSUNG. I HATE SAMSUNG and I wish this message gets to you. F**k Samsung. Infinix and Tecno prove their superiority over Samsung. 2gb ram phone lags like it's 512mb ram. Can't play any good game without issues. Minimizing and optimization so poor. 5000mah cant last for 2 days while browsing. Touch sensitivity poor. Obviously Samsung has become a scam. I'll rather stay phoneless than use this garbage. What a SHAME.

Lola, 17 Aug 2021Hey i have just got a new samsung galaxy A02 and its slow i... morebettet you use the Duckduckgo web browser it's very light and inbuilt privacy browser. otherwise switch off your phone and wait for 5 minutes and again press the volume down button and power button together , then go to run graphics test and repair app option after that go to first option in the list and restart the phone.
or you can samsung storage saver. or install good antivirus software and scan your phone fully. or stop any apps that run in background. or always update the galaxy apps and software update or always clear your app cache or always run memory clean.
did you get android 11 update?

Samsung shouldn't have produce this phone at the first place because the A01 is far better than A02 which supposed to be upgrade. because it very poor in everything performances, camera. I have regret buying A02.

I don't expect much. Purchase at only about 100$ and you want to get high end phone, its a joke!

I have had this A02 for 2weeks and I am telling you this is the shitiest phone ever! It's slow, freezes, kick me out of apps, TikTok videos I make are delayed. Then I would suggest A01 is far better than this crap. Just get a mem card with it. out of 5 I give this phone a 0. mxm

I rooted my phone amd Uninstalled Samsung internet browser on it
But now I want to install it again but olaystore installation always fails

My Samsung A02 cannot record a phone call and as i download an app from googke play store for auto call recording purposes too , it'll record alright but cannot hear any sound when playing back the recorded file.why?

Crappy phone. Its extremely choppy, terrible performance. Samsung clearly isn't experienced in low-end market, if you're buying low-end phone buy from company like Redmi.
