Bought phone a year ago and just recently the battery takes longer and longer to charge... Doesn't hold the charge much anymore.... I was in need of phone and bought this one... But i will be getting another phone soon.....

It has a mind of its own, refuses to do what it's told, shuts off in the middle of everything, won't turn on when its button is pushed, seems to be having seizures. I'd like to throw it against the wall and hit it with a sledge hammer, and when it's quietly charging and a call comes in, there is no access to answer the phone call for so long that the caller hangs up.

This phone is the worst phone I ever owned, it has glitches, if your typing it starts putting in its own words that are not words like( gg66hj) if you're on the internet it will start blinking in and out and shuts down whenever your in the middle of what ever your doing on your tablet. It's very slow . And much more issue, we will be getting ride of them. We love Samsung phones and will be upgrading to a better Samsung phone.

Bought the a02s 5 days ago like the phone listening to music is sorta mono toned got to replace a11,a02s they have 2gigs ram 32gigs storage both have sd cards It updated android 11 3.1 ui the device care app detected high background usage not sure what no games or dwnloaded apps no finger print scanner but its a lil bigger than a11, I like a02s size its faster than my a11...🤗🤗🤗

i'm 55 years old and have had many phones in the past 25 years+ and this is by far the worst phone i've ever owned!!! i hate this phone and want to drive over it with my car!!

This is the worst phone o have ever owned. I am extremely disappointed that Samsung has even put their name on this disaster. It is horribly slow charging after only6 months. The games are terrible to play, with the screen constantly freezing. It is a night mare!!!

I need a phone that can run Twitter and I also do intense web browsing. I will not take much pictures (up to 100). Another requirement for me is smooth system ui (mainly Home Screen). Will this be better than the a03s? I don’t need a fingerprint scanner, face recognition is enough.

Galaxy a02s are ok for normal usage but its not for gaming and when playing games the phone become hot

Buh the problem is the storage
I barely have much app on it but it space is getting full
