Please, with all due respect... Do not buy this phone. Find something more useful to do with your money. This phone in 2022 still runs on a 32bit android system - this means that most new apps don't work on it anymore. So until Samsung releases a 64bit system update, stay away from this phone. Don't say nobody told you so 🙏

Hello. I bought this phone and opened the box. When I turned on the phone, I was not shown the steps to change the language and add Gmail or backup, etc. And also my phone was Android 11 while I did not update at all. Is my phone repack? And it has already been opened and its Android has been updated?

I bought this phone in November 2021. It has been just one problem after another. There are so many issues. Often, I can not even get a scren so I can answer or make calls. It is continually updating or cleaning or talking constantly. I can not get rid of or change screens whenever I need. This is the worst phone I have ever had. It may be a smart phome, but I find it the most annoying device I have ever experienced.

This phone is absolutely 💯 atrocious!!! Just brought this phone in December and the previous older model of the Samsung Galaxy I had was MUCH better than this one!!!
This phone crashes and drops phone calls a lot!!

Well, I bought this phone at my local Walmart, and it was one of the best phones I've ever owned. Also I only paid 50.00 dollars for it. Nothing crashes or messes up on it. I'll admit it's a lot bigger than it should be with a 6.5 inch screen. The ram is 2gb witch is ok. But, Straight Talk for this phone is the way to go. Going back to how big it is, it's great to watch movies on but, don't count on it to fit in your pocket. All in All It's a great phone and I would recommend it to anybody needing a phone.

I've repeatedly cleared the cache, deleted some apps, and verified all security patches are up to date. I have to run it in Safe Mode to use the basic phone and text service, and it even happens in Safe Mode occasionally. Don't know what to do.

TERRIBLE. Background apps crash after 10 minutes. Spotify especially. Everything crashes. Terrible right out of the box, didn't even get a chance to enjoy it before it started performing worse than the phone I bought it to replace. Actual garbage. I see why Walmart only sold it for $50.

I've used this phone like 5 months now, I'm not facing any serious trouble so far. But, this phone getting hot so quick. Also, the battery, okay for me. Nothing serious, 5000mAH is a big amount. In conclusion, I give Galaxy A02s 4 stars for its performance, design and feature.

I don't know how many people l... moreIt's called planned obsolescence and both samsung and apple have documented track records of intentionally slowing or using softwsare to damage devices jn the 2 year old range. Samsung will contonuetie to release software updates that have blocks of code for specific devices to consume more and more resources slowing the phone, and on the last or second to last update for planned support of the device, their go to method is to remove the voltage regulation during the charge process, doing this to any phone will allow voltage to pass through the charging port st an unregulated level and cause the charging port to smoke, and within less than a minute if you dont catch it, will fry the circuit board for the charging port, when this happened to galaxy edge 9 users, samsung claimed it was due to dust in rhe charging port, until so someone decompiled the updated, found the line of code, which then caused the ciubtry I'd Italy to sue damsubg for over 5 million.dosrs. they are still doing this too, just lady weelvi was forced into a software update on a butner samsung phone and sure enough, charging port started to smoke. The note 9 users were kicked enough to be nfc capable so cold use a wireless charger. On this burner phone I hsve to turn the phone off and then charge it, the bios charges it no problems, but anytime the operating system is running and any charger gets plugged into it. Smokes within 45 seconds. Look up samsungs smoking charging ports after update and see how many cases there are

My main issue is when I make business calls and need the keypad screen to stay on so I can punch in a hash button or numbers for an extension, the screen goes dark and then black. I have the display set at 10 minutes timeout but that doesn't work on a phone call. Anyone know what to do?
