Just go to the play store and search for "Digital Wellbeing" and uninstall the update.
That should fix it.

Settings app crashes also on my Samsung A01 Core.It started after update of Digital Wellbeing app.I hope that this will be fixed with new update of this app.I made factory reset of my phone and as soon as I received update notification for preloaded apps,I started to update 1 by 1 to check which one causes Settings app to crash.I find out that it was Digital Wellbeing.As soon as I uninstalled updates,Settings started to work in normal way.

A55 gives more perf per GHz while P35 has higher clock speeds it may be about same. The biggest issue is maybe the fact that the GPU is also 28nm which means gaming will drain the battery faster.
