This phone get 2nd Android OS updates to Android 13 Go Edition today, not expecting such great support from Samsung for its class.. :D

This is the most terrible phone I have EVER used in my history of using smartphones, it switches off by itself for no reason, has glitches and freezes everytime...Samsung A02 is much much Much better than this A03 core,I thought it was going to be an upgrade but they downgraded BIG time on this one, to whoever that is thinking of buying this phone, I advise you to buy atleast a phone from another brand

So much to say about this, still waiting for Android 13 update, switches off by itself, then have to restart to get wifi connection, it vibarate even when I'm on a phone lcall and have to switch the phone off, slow and laggy and this Feature not available option not available is Annoying the crap out of me , cant download themes or fonts. Considering switching over to Nokia or Huawei.

Do not buy this crap of a phone. In just a year, it started freezing, self dialling, rejecting all chargers, opening apps like message and typing djakbvvdkjvdhbl on its own. So now I make sure I have no credit on phone cause it may call or text people without prompting.
Even more annoying is typing in the pin, it can settle and a digit and no matter what else you press, it will display that same one digit. So done with this phone!
Do yourself a favour and buy infinix instead. Or even a dumbphone. You will be happier.

It's receiving calls but the screen is off. Sometimes it freezes and acts like someone is pressing it. It has no Android auto, it's basically useless. Itel would be way much better than this useless phone.

My husband got me this phone as a make do after my contract phone got a virus. It drives me up the wall! Can't even download my mail app. Can't use android auto. Can't take pictures as never enough space. It turns itself off and the internet & comes back on with internet off and the only way to get it on is restart the phone. Don't waste your money

It was working well but all of a sudden the battery does not maintain charge for the whole day. Most contacts cannot be seen even after confirming that all settings are correct. Any solutions???

This phone is the worst of it all since i updated it to Android 12 i haven't had rest of mind i have change the charging port like 4 times because it charges so slow and most times it doesn't charge though i appreciate the durability and battery but this phone is worst of it all...
Samsung have really change honestly i don't advice anyone to go for A0 series or their midrange i even prefer Xiaomi, Redmi note series,or Tecno Camon Series than Samsung Midrange phones honestly i'm done with Samsung

This is a good quality android phone in a low budget. Battery support is excellent. Around three times fell down on hard concrete surface by my hand, its screen damaged. But still works. Means it's strong enough. I appreciate this phone.
