South Africa.This has got to be the worst new phone experience I have ever had.Took phone back after 3 days,changed for new unit.1.Overheating while charging is a daily occurence.2 Slow charging.3.Will not charge from power bank( Brand new also).4.Screen freezes regularly.5.Had main pc board changed and new battery.Zero improvement in fact its worse.1.Settings screen not working.2.Overheating constantly3.Unable to hotspot to laptop.Core 2 was a much better phone....this purchase was a disgusting downgrade.No more Samsung for me.

Ironically the Nokia C32 with a similar chipset is much faster and usable, even with a similar chipset and full Android 13

Minu, 14 Feb 2024Android 13 is unavailable on this phonethis phone gets android 13 go edition as its final OS update. but just avoid. the lag would get even worse compared to 12 and 11. i find this better than infinix smart 7 though. only if not to update. considering this phone has 2gb of ram.

I mean, it is kinda good? Third-party media players work not well I'd say. I did a performance test, and the phone itself scored a 19.7fps

Freezes constantly, build quality is horrible and randomly restarts whenever it feels like doing it, honestly, I know it's a budget phone but this one is actually so bad
