After samsung's update to new UI, things got worse. Phone is lagging too much. And the galaxy app is just like a bloatware, which keeps on running in the background, using up the limited resources of this phone.
Overall a negative experience.

In Central Europe there is update for Android 11 with One UI 3.1 and August 2021 security patch. After update phone still running okay, battery last as long as before the update. For now everything perfect.

I could come back home after normal day's usage and still be at 95% easy.
Runs best on Android 10. If prompt to update to 11, don't do it, 11 is sluggish especially after sleep-wakeup.

I have bought Samsung A10 in July 2019 and still using it after 2 years. Everything is working fine in this except it hangs sometimes, it's camera is below than average and biggest problem is it's charging it suddenly started slow charging even with its original charger, before it takes at most 3-4 hours and now it takes 7-8 hours for 0-100% charging.

I think this is the worst phone I ever had yesterday I got it using Bajaj EMI by price 14000.It had an inbuilt software of Bajaj also which hangs the phone it messaging facilility were very slow this phone is very slow using jio network I think this is the worse phone which I had used

i am pretty surprised by all the flack this phone is getting
i bought mine last september 2019 and until yesterday it's still in mint condition
it runs most games and the storage issue i solved with an SD card... maybe guys having that problem should move their apps to external? i noticed updating apps move them back to internal so i fix that every time i update mine
i had my very first hurdle yesterday tho coz my phone fell into the tub... it still worked liked nothing happened but i aint an idiot so i turned it off so the insides wont get fried if water did get in... i'll have my phone checked later wish me luck guys

I bought this phone last year in 2019 but recently I experienced the battery gets drain, the phone is lagging and also the worst is it always shutting down. I think I will switch to another brand need for my online class . Wish I can swap this phone to the Samsung store .Indeed.Badly need phone right now huhuhhu😭😭Message me in facebook

the cell phone at first worked quite well, until after 1 year or so, the storage started to fail as it always told me that it was completely full, and even if it deleted large files and more the storage remained the same, So also the cell phone got slow, a little time after the battery of the cell started to fail also, then it was delayed in loading and discharged very quickly and I had to buy several chargers because they were always damaged, until in the end I stop charging.

Ive had this Phone for about 2 years now, I have the 2 GB of ram and 32 GB of storage version and the phone didnt cost so much, I havent bought it myself, it was passed on to me in very good new condition since it wasnt used. In conclusion, Id say this phone is very decent. It runs almost every app good, the battery is more than decent if treated well (not having it on charger all the time and overcharging it).
Now, the charger is garbage. It slows down by time and now it literally charges 20% per 8 to 10 hours.
It became slow, enough to have noticable stutters which would last for about 6 seconds with a lot of loading reboots, but then it fixes itself and works fine.
It could run games like WOTB, WW2H and every other very fine. Its a good phone at the start, currently, It cant play demanding games, its performance drops throughout months. But I dont know whats expected from a 2 GB phone.

I bought this phone in june 2019, 6 months later til date I've just spent money on chargers. The original charger lasted for only 6 months. Now i can only charge the phone when it's off.

I'm using this smartphone for almost 2 years, and I'm not satisfied with it. Performance is acceptable to normal using, but to games not. Capasity of battery is very small, phone shows me I use almost, and often more than 100% of the battery for a day, so I have to charge it everyday. There is not enough RAM for multitasking.
