My wife and I received 2 of these phones from our daughter for Christmas last year, and we love them. Works flawlessly, great call connection, great battery life, runs all the apps we want, etc. Great bang for the buck.

I hate this phone with every fiber of my being. I have LITERALLY made THREE ATTEMPTS now to leave this POS of a "phone" a review. IT DOESN'T EVEN PERFORM IT'S BASE FUNCTION AS A PHONE!!!!!! I have to CONSTANTLY call people back because the screen freezes before I can get to the stupid call!!! I have to CONSTANTLY check my inbox for text messages it DOESN'T notify me of, and this is true for every other app with an inbox function. Not to mention, the thing is FLIMSY!!!! I'm a skinny guy, and the screen cracked within my first week when I sat on it. (Verizon won't fix because, you know, it's junk anyways). I thought the J7 was the worst phone I ever bought but this one takes the cake. I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG AGAIN!!! If you can't design an operable device than you shouldn't even sell it!!!! I really wish I could get paid to engineer such a piece of GARBAGE!!!!
TLDR: THIS IS A FLIMSY INOPERABLE POS GARBAGE phone DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

Worked great till most apps went up to the 4 gig system. I got the new Samsung A10 e and love it. No problems Battery last for hours,even when I am running multiple apps at the same time . Some times I think people think they are smarter then the applications or system they are trying to run. If you just go with what a system can do and not expect it to do what you think it should do. You will be fine. Dammm good phone for only 100$ , best cheap smartphone I have ever seen.

Where is the actual home button? Sometimes it's there sometimes it isn't. Hate that they moved the power button also. Ok other than that.

I've had one of those UMX phones, oh my !
The UMX reminds me of an old black and white tv I once had that was missing the VHF knob.
Now this A10e might not be a 4k but 720?

I've only had this phone a few months and it's been nothing but headaches,.. weird error messages, flimsy, doesn't work when you need it, thinks it's over heating .. but it's ice cold, then it thinks it's wet, when it is bone dry, then it turns itself off and is damn near impossible to restart.. it's a piece of crap,.. I wish I had never gotten this albatross

The WORST phone EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have never hated something as mush as i hate this POS Samsung! My first and my last Samsung! I literally have NOTHING positive i can say about this phone. BECAUSE ever action takes 3 to10 seconds to perform!!!!!! Even answering a call takes 3 sec of freeze 2 sec of black screen then phone screen frozen for another 5 to 8 seconds before you can talk or hear!!!!!!
AVOID THIS PHONE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
My pixel1 died and had to take what they had in store, i picked this POS and have regretted it every second i have had to use it of every day since! -No Verizon wont take it back! It makes me mad but i dont blame them this phone sucks!

I shouldn't have gotten the phone, but my boyfriend never has issues with the Galaxy. So we both got this phone and we both have issues that are various... even Google sucks on this phone like navigation takes me out of the way. I regret getting this phone. My suggestion is look at the reviews on the phone you want before buying it.

I had a Galaxy Prime something or another and that piece of crap was better then this only 30 day old bigger piece of crap. My husband has the same phone and he's fine because all he does is call, message, and watch YouTube. But I do everything on mine. The battery never lasts for more than 6 hours and trust me, I have done everything I can to resolve that.. It's almost like it is possessed and does what it wants. And Lord knows if you do not lock your screen your apps move around like crazy. You add an app it doesn't go to your home screen. You literally have to slide it to it. It is the worst phone I have ever had. I also had no idea that you could get it for under $100. I got mine free because Metro screwed up but I paid $180 for my husband's. I swear I do not want to pay hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, but for a good phone, it looks like I have to. I will however, never buy another Galaxy!!!! I am just in love with how it works....like Windows. And as far as it auto correcting typos... forget it. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!!

worst phone I've ever had...very slow and cumbersome; tap on an icon and nothing happens or i'll tap on one icon and another pops up - useless...only saving grace is the phone is a business phone but I now have to purchase a separate personal phone - i will be switching to an apple iPhone

I like the phone overall-BUT-and they're BIG BUTS- the photo quality is buttcheeks, and the sound quality is the worst I've ever experienced. You literally have to turn it almost all the way up to hear anything, and if you go up just one notch, to all the way volume, it is blazingly loud. It really,really sucks.

ive owned lots of phones, this one is just as good as my s3 was or my s5 was, big difference in price, this phone is amazing does everything i need it to do and more, the Bluetooth works amazing with my Kenwood
