Not a good phone. I can not hear anyone speaking unless it's on speaker phone. I have only had the phone 3 months. There isn't a fix for this

This is a good phone for my use and exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I want to be able to call, text, and be able to use google maps and amazon music streaming in the car at the same time without horrendous lag or aggravation, with a screen that is visible and clear, and read some news articles while on the toilet. If you think this phone is bad, try using a UMX or similiar style phone that you get sent on the lifeline free phone program, now those are bad phones. My friend who has one doesn't even realize how bad it is, never having had a decent phone. He thinks having his battery die 2 hours into a car ride after barely any use is normal. It is all relative, I felt compelled to post this because this is indeed a decent phone and by no means "garbage". You are not going to get a premium phone experience out of a budget phone. If you want a premium phone experience, you must buy a premium phone. Having a dead battery after 1 hour of using the gps in the car vs. being able to use it for whatever I want during the day without worrying about the battery going dead makes this phone a good buy for the right type of user. If you are a phone junkie, you will likely find this phone inadequate if you've had premium phones in the past, this should not be a surprise, look at the price tag.
I am a heavy PC user and PC gamer, I am not on my phone all the time, I am not on chitter or facespace everywhere I go, I don't play mobile games. I uninstall everything unessential on my phone and tune to settings to maximize battery life, speed, privacy, and data usage. I want to stay in contact with the people I care about and stay connected while out and about with access to music and navigation and the ability to look things up. I don't care what kind of camera it has. I don't care if it has a fingerprint scanner. I don't care if I lose the phone as I store nothing sensitive on the phone. If the camera can take a picture that conveys the information I am trying to send that is fine. For my use this phone is fast and responsive and the battery lasts long enough that I don't have to think about it like I've had to with other, *actually* garbage phones. For the very reasonable price of $139 dollars I got a phone that meets all my needs without aggravating me or causing inconveniences in my life, and that is who this phone is meant for, people who want a phone that can do the basics without pissing them off. By all means if you are a phone junkie, go get that premium phone, but I'd rather save my money for my computer where I actually do my business. This phone is good value for the price. You get what you pay for, and if you need/want more, you are going to have to pay more, this phone is not and was never meant for you. I am very satisfied with this phone and the value you get for the money.

Such as Stops being able to charge within 3 months, constantly closes apps when they are in use, jumps the cursor around when attempting to text, the inability to make calls or send/receive texts, or just plain stopped working. Shame on those silver-spooned aristocrats for expecting a $100 phone to be able to perform basic functions or even to function at all. The unmitigated gall of those rich folk.

The phone is annoying. Apps turn on and off at will. Message and phone notifications turn on and off.
Text cursor keeps jumping to the beginning of text, while typing. I've reset the per Samsung's instructions.

This phone is defective. I brought two in two weeks because the first stopped allowing me to make calls after 2 weeks and the other one was a dud- did not work a all. So I'm back on my old phone until I can find something better than that crap- they should recall the phone. Please do not waste your money.

This is literally the WORST phone. The battery doesn't even last all day. The screen starts messing up after about 4 months. The processor system is really slow. Everything starts lagging after a couple of minutes. I would NOT recommend this phone.

Terrible phone. I got it 2 days ago. I got pissed and smashed my LG stylo 5 and then went to Walmart to get a cheap phone and this looked alright for the price. I'm an experienced tech user and machine technician. The phone lags constantly, the battery drains like within around 5 to 6 hours of not using it. Battery saver on, all apps closed. No background apps, no live wall papers. I haven't even downloaded the apps I had on my old phone yet. I have to fully charge it 2 times a day. The phone gets hot to the touch when doing nothing. Idk if I have a faulty battery or if these phones just are like that but I wish I had my stylo 5 back that was such a great phone, it was big, had finger print scanner, great camera and fast operating speeds. This a10e is a waste of money don't get it unless you want a terrible phone.

Worst phone ever. I guess I join the chorus. Wish I had read reviews before buying. Over all the many years that I have had phones, including old timey flip phones, I have never had such a miserable lemon. The company should pay me for this one.

I just wanna say this phone galaxy a10e is already freezing when I'm using the phone it will freeze and I have to shut phone off and turn back on and it will keep doing on the whole time I'm on the phone

I literaly hate this phone. The worst phone ive ever had. You cant send videos because it takes up too many gg. The sound is ok. I would definitely never buy this phone. Probaly one of the worst phones ever! I would give this 2 stars

I work at a retail location for a major postpaid cellphone company. I will not sell this phone due to how many customers experience major issues and absolutely hate this phone. I love samsung's other phones such as the s series and higher end a series like the a50, but the a10e is a no go for me. It's too bad that samsung half assed their budget offering. I would recommend a motorola G7 for a better experience with similar price.
