my phone is warming up when I open it, even if I don't use it, its back is still warming. and it's battery are easy to drain

I've heard from at least a couple of people, can't remember if is here in reviews or somewhere online, that when they dropped the phone accidentally, the glass did cracked or break.

Hi everyone A10s user here since December 9th, I must say its a brilliant phone for the price... Absolutely everything thing works like its meant to be... Camera perfect for family and personal photos. Dual sim is great, one sim strictly for data and another for calls and sms. 4000mah battery lasts 2days with moderate use. Fingerprint scanner is sensitive... Some of the features of this particular phone rivals some high end flagships e.g. battery capacity, dual sim + memory card, radio... Overall I say its a good budget.... If someone, anyone bought this phone and they are not happy with it.... You should have bought the S10... Its the A10s fault you can't afford the S10... Stop bashing the a10s, it is doing well in its price range...

Are you having trouble with your Wi-Fi connection? Try using 2.4 GHz instead of 5 GHz. Sure, 5 GHz Wi-Fi is newer, faster, and less congested—but it has a weakness. 2.4 GHz is better at covering large areas and penetrating through solid objects.

Have no serious i... moreIt is true that , no serious issues; but poor in overall performances by comparing to budget models of L series. Camera photos are blurring , touch pad is poor with protection glasses, sound quality is poor , specially on voice recording, etc. Previous version of A10 was even better than this but the problem with it was running videos and other apps with mobile data. This model A10s is better with mobile data but poor in camera, voice, etc.
Both A10 and A10s were purchased from Dialog Axiata.
