A device that has Wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n or a/b/g/n/ac versions support dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) frequency. Only the A10e has it, A10 and A10s don't have it. This is why is important to do a fluent research on these devices. Same for those who complaining about this phone as though it's a high end device. Its not, it's a low mid-range device. If it doesn't perform up to your expectations then look for another device with more performance.

i found this @ the question: can samsung a10 connect to 5ghz wifi?
According to the specs on GSM Arena the A10 is "Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n". That means it's 2.4GHz only. 5GHz WiFi is "802.11ac" which this phone doesn't support.Sep 20, 2019

you can review this item this way:
1. go to SETTINGS > APPS > click on the app you want to store on the SDcard
2. some dialog boxes appear: click on STORAGE
3. some dialog boxes appear: CLEAR DATA, CLEAR CACHE, STORAGE USED > CHANGE (click on CHANGE if there is this option and you can place the app in the SDcard instead of the INTERNAL STORAGE). as it's said, not every app allows to be stored on the SDcard. so, if you don't see the option CHANGE, the app cannot be stored on the SDcard

you can have any app in your SDcard if you download an APP EXTRACTOR. You can "save" the apps to a DOK or your CLOUD

anyone also has problem with the radio app forgetting that it's already connected to a headphone? First time the radio app detects the headphone, but if you remove it and insert it later the app can't detect it anymore...You have to restart the device to make it work again.

if you have battery drain issue, clear google play services data & cache, then just 1~2% battery drain from night to morning

Does anyone have a problem with the option to move application(s) to SD card not there or is missing? Mine doesn't have one and i've looked up and it supposed to have one. Does it have something to do with the region or software?
