if you have battery drain issue, clear google play services data & cache, then just 1~2% battery drain from night to morning

no good touch when put protector glass very lag not suitable for pubg i used redmi 8 oppo a5s all same and a10s is very bad mobile i have my old j7 2016 i think that is bettar then this mobiles

Does anyone have a problem with the option to move application(s) to SD card not there or is missing? Mine doesn't have one and i've looked up and it supposed to have one. Does it have something to do with the region or software?

I would like to know if any of you experience network problems, because on my handset the send and retrieve of messages on messenger apps takes way to long. I've used mtn on my previous handsets and have never experienced anything like this before.

A10s owner here. Please add "One UI Core" to the Platform/OS.
This runs a lighter version of One UI hence its missing a lot of features.
I believe this will affect a buyer's mind and should be known by everyone.

There's a lot of negativity towards this device. I bought it for my mum, she moved from the j7(2015) to this one. The device is brilliant in my opinion for its target market. I don't see why people are complaining about it freezing. why didn't you buy a more expensive phone?
My advice is. If its what you can afford, buy it! Am in Africa we don't have very great shipping options so buying OPPO etc present more expensive options when it comes to buying parts and screen guards. It's a great device that Samsung should have added an extra GB of ram and maybe better cameras.
