worst service ever!
kind of nice, the phone, but t-mobile is always NO SERVICE and when calling to get the phone service questions or tech support, forget about it. disconnections, holds, say they will call back and dont. its always dropping calls and unable to send messages
what good is it?

I DO NOT recommend this phone to anybody. This phone is fucking pointless to get. The camera is trash, it can't run games correctly, and it is just so SLOW. (100% braking this one when I get a better phone)

OK, so when I got this phone, at first, I was very excited. And it was fast and cool until one day it randomly started slowing down and acting pretty stupid. The camera is horrible, and I can't update the apps!!! I do not reccomend torturing yourself with this terrible piece of trash phone.

Terrible phone, slow-slow-slow, expect to wait a few seconds after pressing dial, android auto drops out constantly. Surprisingly most games I play work, but slow to load. The only good feature is the battery life, if gaming only need to charge once per day, if just using phone & casual apps & some web browsing, would likely get at least a couple of days. Moving back to my 4 year old phone with cracked screen.

Galaxy A11 price 50% mark down as some local brands has a great specs at low price. Its false that you pay for this device galaxy a11 but you pay for the brand name Samsung.
