I advise not to buy this device because i bought 4 samsung a11 and all have issues like unable to touch and need to power off so able to touch the screen again.

I had a style 4 now have Samsung galaxy A11 shuts off hard to turn back on not liking it much.

awful! awful! awful! it's EXTREMELY slow!!! I tried to exchange it but ATT would not said that it was a samsung issue. Boo......this is foolishness, they shouldn't sale it if it's this awful.

Don't expect more than this for a phone of this.
Its actually a nice choice for a mid-class person who can't afford phones that worth more than a price of a heart surgery nowadays.

I hate this phone more times than I like it. Sometimes when I try to open my phone, it wont show anything and just shut off because of screen time out for lock screen. ALSO when I do ANYTHING there is a chance that it will be slow as hell. I thought it would be a nice phone. But it was on sale for $100, that's why my dad got it for us 2. My old Galaxy J7 Prime was better than this!

The screen has a mind of its own, it turns on by itself and when it does its just a dark faded screen with a little bit of light.. Horrible storage, you can only have like 10 apps on it..., it has crappy camera quality, very pixilated pictures, I feel embarrassed to post pictures on any social media because the pictures always come out looking very pixilated and have a weird color. I understand its a budget phone but it really isn't that good.. This is my first samsung and I really am considering switching to apple... if not that get a google pixel.

Company issued this phone on us, and its really that bad, the screen has its own life, it moves on its own.. the most of the time, when I unlocked my phone, the screen has no response to touch at all, I don't know why Samsung made a phone like this, there are 5 phones in my department, and 4 of them has similar problems.

If want a smartphone for social media, texting, calling, Youtube, light specs games, it can work for you. If you like taking photos and a bit delicate with results and likes to play heavy spec games, do not buy this phone. Remember this is just a budget phone. I have this phone and already upgraded to Android 11 and it works fine for me.

This phone is total CRAP! drops calls, gives me notifications that I have a text less than half the time, the other half calls wont even go though! I have no huge apps, so I don't think ROOM is the issue, I think its just a crappy phone! Verizon lies when they say its a great phone, now I cant get a new phone for 2 years, I am stuck with this piece of crap phone! I am not rich, so I cant just get a new phone!

I wish I'd had time to save up some money and buy a good phone. But something happened at Ting and my LG whatever became immediately inoperable; I was forced to buy whatever I could afford. It's criminal what's allowed in the marketplace these days. This phone provides something annoying-to-nerve wracking to my life pretty much every day. So.....saving up and hoping to ditch this mess by Christmas.
