Anonymous, 02 Aug 2021This phone is a trash.. it keeps on freezing so you need to... moresame issued here keep on freezing need restart every now and then since i bought this mobile phone, i bought screen protector to prevent the issue, update software etc. but all same..i not recommend this kind of mobile..

It's a good phone. Have had it for a while now, the Ultra wide camera is a little too noisy from my experience and you'll definitely get better results on phones on the upper end of the spectrum. Battery performance is excellent, can get through the day hustle free. Charging is fast aswell. The only issues I have is the headphone jack is on the top of the phone which is an odd place to put it these days and the ultrawide camera could be better. Also if you don't use a case (which you should be doing with a phone this frgile) the back is prone to smudging very easily. It also has an ambient light sensor for adaptive brightness. All in all its a decent device for the price range.

I've had this phone for a few months and although I downgraded and went from an IPhone XS max to this Budget Galaxy phone, I dont feel as bougie and I haven't had any issues thus far. The biometric security options are decent and I see comments of people complaining about speed, or thus phone freezing, but as long as you don't fill your phone up with a bunch of unnecessary files, clear your cache once and a while, and your phone won't ever freeze. I also recommend buying an external SD card. I have a 64 GB card in thus phone and have more than enough space for everything I need.

I've been using this phone for a year the camera still great, gaming performance is ok and overall is fine (sorry for bad english)

It is super slow and the fingerprint reader stopped working within weeks of buying. I have missed calls because it takes so long to turn on and press accept.

I have had this phone for about a year now which someone passed on to me. I turned it into a second phone but just in the last few weeks the power button now only changes the background. There is no way to use this phone as the screen is always on. If anyone has a fix for this I would appreciate it. Otherwise my daughter will use it as a tablet as it now has to be shut down when not in use.
The phone was ok when I used it but it is definitely not fast.

I bought this phone brand new and thought it was okay for awhile, had better storage than my previous phone. However i have owned this phone for less than a year and it has completely changed. I can barely do anything on it anymore. I cant have more than 2 apps running ( in the background) at once, i miss most of my calls because it freezes when i get a call, everything takes forever to load. Its so incredibly frustrating. I've alwaysss had android but i'm switching to apple after this awful experience. Also it forces you to update it randomly. I once had to sit in a parking lot for 20 minutes because it started updating while i was using my gps to get home. Awful awful phone do not buy this.

I have used Samsung galaxy phones for years but this a11 is a total POS!!!! The camera is awful, basic features like auto rotate do not work, it crashes regularly and this model claims to be twice as powerful as my previous phone. This is a new phone and not refurbished. Laters Samsung im going Motorola now.
One positive note, the batter charges very quickly and last all day long even with heavy use, but everything else about it is sub-par.

Are you able to move apps to sd card? My a01 cannot so I am very limited on what I can have on my phone and I use it for doctors, and works, and my kids schooling....everyone has apps now to access what I need

I advise not to buy this device because i bought 4 samsung a11 and all have issues like unable to touch and need to power off so able to touch the screen again.

I had a style 4 now have Samsung galaxy A11 shuts off hard to turn back on not liking it much.

awful! awful! awful! it's EXTREMELY slow!!! I tried to exchange it but ATT would not said that it was a samsung issue. Boo......this is foolishness, they shouldn't sale it if it's this awful.
