I have the cricket galaxy a11 bought it in 2021 at first I liked it,But its having issues the keys lag when texting edge lighting not working call volume is low no games only 32gigs says half is used? Have use bluetooth for volume to increase its on android 11 3.1 ui,Its slow slowly slowing down 2 gigs of ram finger print scanner not always work even tapping screen sometimes dont work accessibility using 100% battery Samsung wont reply

Does galaxy A11 receiving Android 12? Or will update to it? Could anyone confirm me that coz samsung posted a year ago that A11 will receive One ui 4.1 with Android 12 one August but i only received Security Patches. It seems like they changed their mind.

Arich, 20 Mar 2022Samsung a11 is like the worst phones in the world! It'... morebetcha u are a kiddo who wants to play 5-6GB games, this is affordable feature phone. I'm using it for daily driver every office apps run smooth, also editing apps such as canva, light room, cap cut, premier you name it.

it was a ok phone until a forced update a couple months back stopped letting me charge easily and killed battery life literally perfectly fine to not at all overnight
but i could deal with it as annoying as it was
that was until last night my charge port broke into my charger plug so now i have to get a new phone and the trials and tribulations that come with that
thankfully i didnt waste all my charge trying to get it to charge before i realized it was broken
but the annoyance of having to bookmark all my tabs and transfer everything over with limited time or lose them

I bought mine last Aug. 19, 2020. Until now, it works perfectly like how it used to be. My only concern is, the SOS will not sent to the assigned contacts when there is no load on your simcard which should be given attention. And also the storage. Most of the time Samsung built-in apps consume most of the space. Another thing is the screenlight, it's too bright for me even when you adjust it to the lowest.
I also love the themes being downloaded from theme store. The call settings, which allow your phone to say aloud the caller's name. The left and right swipe to write message or to call somebody. The Dolby Atmos is great too. In gaming, mine works good in playing ML which consumes almost 5gb of storage. So many nice features. If only users know how to activate them.

The A11 hasnt got the best price to preformance like you can get a iphone XR for 199 and it would have better specs the phone can handle light gaming,but a hour or so in it will start to lag a lot id stay away from this phone and get the Samsung A12 or A13 instead or even a iphone Xr Or Iphone X

Affordable Galaxy A11 getting proper Android 12 and new features, while they with 200$+ Xiaomi or Realme with Snapdragon 750G still stuck with Android 10/11 and year old security patch. They are projecting their disappointment with those powerful but less supported phone on the A11.

I dont get it. Why does so many people complain about this phone being trash? It works perfectly fine, all u have to do was manage storage and thats about it.
U can even play a game 5-6 Gb and it wouldnt lag badly. The pictures might be a little trash but it works. So I dont see the problem with your guys' phone. Already have this for 2 yrs, almost 3.

Do not buy this phone it is an absolute piece of trash I am currently on my 2 year old moto e because my half a year old phone can't stop glitching the cameras have stoped working it has 32 gigs but can't recognize a simcard or mico sd card anymore. Sometimes this phone glitches so bad it restarts and when turn it back on there are no wallpapers some apps go missing and it gets very hot doing simple tasks. I absolutely hate this phone and do not recommend and it also only charges with the stalk charger for about a week then it stops charging and says connect charger and also says phone is charging at slow rate to use fast charge use fast charger provided with phone. if I don't use a different charger the charger provided with phone will take about a week and a half to fully charge from 29% to 100% "yes I tested it". THIS PHONE IS NOT WORTH 70 DOLLARS. And I thought Samsung's were saposed to be good. My mom's Samsung g6 is better than the Samsung Galaxy A11

I have the Galaxy a11 in 2020 I think it needs some improvement in Bluetooth audio battery ram store for android tearing 12 bug fixes
It has in ram 1.5mb 2gb ram need at least 3gb ram and storage of 64gb for android 12 need at least improvement

Pros:
-Cheap
-Uses social media relatively well
Cons:
-Camera quality comparable to an iPhone 4 that had been left in a microwave. I can't even take pictures of questions on a chalkboard without them being illegible.
-Sound quality, whether recording or playing back, is fuzzy and muffled.
-Often crashes.
-Has issues with screen size proportions (ex. phone display will be shown vertical, despite me holding the phone horizontal).
-Cracked about 1/6th of the phone after a 2-2.5 foot fall (had a case on it as well).
-Slow and unresponsive at times. Takes about 10-15 seconds to answer a call occaisonally.
Overall rating- 1.5/10.
I understand how Samsung are marketing a cheap, budget friendly phone, but could they at least make it functional? This phone is what gives Android a bad rap. Embarrasing. I will be switching to Apple within the year.

Got this phone in 2020, it was an upgrade for the first few months, then it slowly got slower. I can't change my password in the settings, the only password I can change is my Gmail password, it's face recognition doesn't even know what a face looks like, I can't add new fingerprints, and the fingerprints don't register most of the time.
This is such a laggy phone, and my old phone (had to get rid of it as it was too rare of a model, which ment I couldn't get the parts needed to fix it after I dropped it) which was from the post office could beat this at any time.
So not get this phone, the only thing that was an upgrade from my previous phone to this, is the battery life and charging speed, and its at such an unnatural size that I can barely type without screwing this up, and I've been using this as my main for over half a year now. The only thing stopping me from not getting a new phone is that I don't have practical time to go in and get a new phone, and that I now use my computer for games/talking to friends.
I can't warn you enough, do NOT buy this phone
