    My A11 was fine at first then it got clunky and slow, and with every update, it just got worse. The memory is very limited at 32 GB and even with a Micro SD card of 512 GB. I can hardly do anything with it. The problem is you can't use the Micro SD card as internal storage no matter how hard you try. I have looked for hacks and have only come out very frustrated. The Micro SD card in this phone is good for pictures and videos but since most Apps have to be run on internal memory it plugs up quickly. Did Samsung purposely take away the ability to use Micro SD Cards as internal memory so that you would run out of space quickly and have to buy a more expensive phone with more internal memory? I have heard they did it because Micro SD cards are too slow or something, but isn't a phone with plugged-up memory is even slower? SMH...

      my A11 was fine until it wasnt. the internal non removable hattery swelled so big it split the phone open! No warning just got hot while i charged it and i picked it up off the charger and the phone was 3/4 open. i was terrified the battery was going to explode. Samsung you have to do better.

        I came here to read other opinions on the A11, and found that my experiences were identical. It is a piece of junk. I often have to tap the screen up to 10 times to get it to respond, I often miss calls because I can't answer - the phone won't respond (it's a PHONE! Its primary job is sending and receiving calls!), apps open achingly slowly, often do not respond to input, it goes to voice mail before I can get to it, alerts stay on the screen for too short a time to read them - in short, it is a miserable piece of engineering. Miserable.

        It is not worth the money I spent on it - and I got it free (!) from AT&T as they ramp up their panic drill to shove everyone off 3G. I have two phones - the other is an iPhone 6E that I also got free from AT&T, and the difference is astounding - even though I don't use the iPhone (although I am doing so increasingly as I get more and more frustrated with the A11). I have ordered an S20 Ultra+ 5G, because I need a bigger screen and decided I wanted a good camera; but if it behaves like this Samsung, this will be the last Samsung I ever buy. It is an outrage that they foisted this anchor on the public in the guise of a smartphone.

          This phone does everything I need it for and I'm pleased after a year and a half use. My only problem is apps opening when I activate it. So... I turn them off and go about my business. It was/is a steal for $129 at my best buy.

                Samsung a11 is like the worst phones in the world! It's like only has a small storage and it is only 32gb! Like it wants me to uninstall the apps that I loved when I don't have enough space to download some apps!

                  Cellcom and this phone is a piece of shit I think I'm going to go to Verizon I put the phone up to my face adjust screen jumps all over the place chunk had to get it though took away my G5

                    I bought one and am very happy with it. Does everything I want and is good for video conferences. I use if to teach online.
                    Compared to the others, it seems like 32 gigs is not much storage. But I'm using only about half, probably because I don't store videos on it.

                      People on this section's pissed off over this phone. It is quite expensive. Bought this last year. The camera only captures good colors under sunlight. I personally think it's good for basic uses, but not for online meetings and multitasking. Already not worth it after almost 2 years from release.

                        If the update to Android 12
                        There will be an improvement in the storage capacity of 64GB and 3GB of RAM
                        There will be a lot of games and videos and I think this phone was good
                        Halabai Samsung will make a huge improvement for the Galaxy A 11

                            This Phone is trash... At first, the camera is shit. Memory filled at 2 weeks... Bad connection and Shitty quality. when I buy this for 8,700PHP I thought its good... but a few weeks it became trash. updates are sucks and terrible... I don't recommend this shit phone instead buy another phone and not this shit.

                              Hello, I bought the samsung a11 in July 2020 and I'm not happy! We are in February 2022 and the phone since December 2020 bug. Before, I was loyal to Samsung. Before the a11 I had a samsung j3 2017 this one I used for almost 3.5 years and was very happy with it. Before, Samsung made good smartphones like the j3 2017, the j3 2016 or the a3 2016, they were awesome. I don't know what they did but I have to wait at least 30 seconds to turn on chrome when I have almost no app but the snapdragon 450 is a great processor but Samsung limits it or what I know. In short, you have dessu me and I will soon migrate to apple! But it's not the only one, the a12 that has my tent isn't happy either, my mother has the a10 it's mixed and the acceptable smartphone is the a20e A32 -> A71(2) and S .
                              Maybe I will come back to Samsung in 2, 3 years, with the a35 I hope, I hope you all improve it
                              The + of this samsung a11 are + android 11 (soon android 12) + touch id + large screen + batrie tien 2 days + dual sim + nfc + jack. The camera is like the sound. - slow (Bug) - Sometimes unusable

                                We got this from a plan and was excited because it is a samsung. However, the camera is really bad! Hangs and slower than my samsung j8. The only upside is the battery life. I wouldn't recommend this phone rather get a xiaomi.

                                  when i got this phone i was very surprised by how bad everything was. camera was like 5mp total,slow, memory filled to max in 3 weeks, and soo slow, to the point i used my cell phone less The (galaxy ) always impressed in past. switch back to moto

                                    That's on you. You could possibly still return it after 30 days or 1 week (depends on where you get your phone), but it's on you if you buy a not-so good phone.

                                        Hello! We are very sorry for this experience. In 2022 we are currently making things better for the Samsung models and products. We recommend either buying a new phone. If you're currently still using the A11 model, Make sure any features that you might think lags the phone are off. Try deleting some posts or a social media app. Thanks for reviewing.
