what a piece of crapp, how do i go back to retrieve a code sent by our stupid government. when I do I lose the page.there is a way,but samsung go around the mulberry bush to explain it. this is by far the worse phone samsung have ever made,but they have lost the plot all round. A 75 year old doesn't know how to flick fingers & swipe this or that.The only simple thing adout this phone are the poor fools (like me who bought it) A pensioner doesn't want a $1000 phone,even at $300 it is a dud & a waste of time & money. Samsung should be ashamed,withdraw the piece of shit.

this phone is quite blah. In this day and age, a 2gb/32gb phone with it's Chipset is quite child's play. Samsung knows the standard people have for phones these days, and with them bringing this underpowered phone to the market, even budget market, it's quite shitty on their part. People deserve a reliable phone that will be able to get them through their day. If this phone was released a couple years ago, I would understand, as phones weren't as useful as they are now. But this phone is a sad embarrassment in this day and age. In conclusion, phone is really underpowered, underperforming, and tbh quite glitchy and troublesome on semi frequent occasion. Not a good look for Samsung.

While I can agree with some of the complaints here, I can honestly say at the end of the day, as long as I can atleast make a phone call, send/recieve texts with it, or someone can get a hold of me, then the phone is worth it. The rest is just fluff.
If all you use it for is gaming and wasting time though, then you do know there are better options then a communications device for this.

When powering on, the transition from my carrier screen (AT&T in this case) to a fully loaded lockscreen took up to 20 seconds. Bringing up the keypad on the menu to unlock the phone took 15-25 seconds as well, and after all that AND attempting to optimize thr device through the developer srttings, it still can't smoothly bring the notification bar down.
Keep in mind this was after I factory reset the device for the same reason before that. I can safely say that this phone is 100% not worth purchasing in the slightest, and any Motorola is infinitely better in price and power.

Absolutely the worst phone I've ever owned. Had this phone brand new for about 10 months and now all of a sudden, in the middle of the night while it's charging, it will start making that notification beep sound when plugging in the charging cord over and over again. The phone will not allow me to turn it off or restart it. It just keeps beeping. So I ended up prying off the back cover and ripping the tether out from it's connection to the battery to get it to shut up.
The fingerprint scanner also worked when it wanted to. It had so many glitches, the camera quality was horrendous. The audio recorded from videos sounded like it was underwater. I mean this phone is the definition of trash.

me I love Samsung products before but now I like only redmi phone. Samsung when you are making good phone u will something small to destroy it make a good phone that will chaep and will be good enough

I got my so called greatest phone in the world a few years ago. I was told it's the greatest and one of the best most expensive kind just cuz it has a screen and a camera. When I first got it it was slow and when I downloaded normal apps like pou or fruit ninja it just started lagging the entire phone. Even when I go outside and turn the brightness to max it just start over heating like crazy. Then I start re searching and learning about IT and realised the machine it was "dumb." It only had 32 GB of storage and was outdated droppings. Whenever I try telling my parents (They bought it) they always start making random shit about I got it years ago and at that time phones used to be slow. Me in my mind "You think I stupid?" I'm not that stupid enough to know you bought a cheap ass phone from the dollar store and think I would like it. I really don't have much to say except that I'm sorry. Honesty :/. I don't relaly complain too much cuz I don't have nothing else to use. In fact my mother and father literally broke (sarcastic) and they can't buy nothing for me again. Not even a slipper. I can't wait for my time to get the Iphone 12 pro max. Samsung is bullshit. Apple is God

my sister owns it but its bad she doesnt like it when you taking a picture it will take 1 second and its so annoying when i want to change my wallpaper and the size of the wallpaper is perfect but when i put it its so small (also battery suck)

if I paid only $100 I might be happier,but I paid $299 aud. The Q.R. recognition was troublesome,only after the Qld govt.brought in there check in app did it perform. I notice at q.r. check ins,it is slow to pick up the code,others scan & are gone,while i am still moving around to get the best focus. as a big name phone maker samsung have stuffed up,big time.So I got conned,not the first time,but please,don't buy it!!

this is a really bad phone.just to answer it without cutting yourself off is a mission.the apps are slow, camera not good,but prepared to cop that for the price.I am not into swipeing, flicking, ect. I find it awkward to go back,say youre on a call,someone asks you for a phone number,go back,lose the call.just a really crappy phone,samsung should be ashamed,maybe a Huawei spy phone,or go back to a cheap Nokia,still the best phones ever made.Nothing smart in smart phones. make em simple!

I discouragte anyone to buy this phone. its like buying an old touch screen phone. very laggy. touch is not as responsive as it should be

Samsung Music Player doesn't have equalizer settings on this phone.
Why not?
Worse phones have it.
Maybe I can't find it. If it is so, then where is it?
Any help would be appreciated.
