Had this phone 3 months now and very pleased with it. Twin SIM system works well as does the GPS and NFC. Battery lasts 2 days of heavy use. Fingerprint scanner great treat for fast login. Connects every time to my in-car hands-free system. Handles simultaneous calls, browsing, texts and VOIP easily. Cheap as chips to buy so it is really good value for (very little) money.

Great battery, not so good speaker, camera is good but not excellent, phone can be a bit laggy but games run good with game booster on

Think you need a hammer to get the keys to work.Tap it i don't think so .Swipe to answer i can Swipe all day but it still doesn't answer. Everyone keeps saying its a cheap phone ,they must be alot richer than I am .I didn't realize I had a hearing problem until I had this phone .Then it locked up and had to be sent away for unlocking .The young sales man in the insisted that phones don't lock themselves .Rather than entering into an argument I asked him to turn it off ,he complied .On turning it back on lo and behold it had locked again .Off it went again for a further unlocking .Solution found just don't ever turn it off .You have an unlocking code,?no I don't because I've never locked a phone in my life .load of rubbish !

Considering price and specs, this is a very acceptable phone. Are there better in this class, probably, but c'mon guys, this is more than acceptable.

This phone is the worst phone I have ever had!!!! It drops calls, It goes straight to voicemail without ringing even when I stand right next to my modem which is the newest piece of equipment rented from xfinity. I just purchased this phone from T-Mobile and already this phone is telling me that my memory is full and there is no room to even update my apps!!!!It also keeps telling me that my SD chip is inserted but it will not let me transfer anything to it!! I absolutly hate this phone and regret not keeping my LG Aristo 2 was a much better phone!!Is this phone refurbished or what?

Bldy horrible phone,all manner of annoying quirks,though does have a good battery.Pity my old Huawei died as it was a far superior product.

I am really disappointed with this phone. All of my electronics are Samsung brand that have lasted for years. The volume sucks on this phone and I have switched out for another in case this one had a defect and it is still pretty poor quality. You can hardly hear the person on the other end of the line unless u use the speaker phone. Sorry Samsung

I bought one after i lost my old SG A10, i have one sim card but do not have the other one. when i switched on i can be able to make calls and receive calls. but when went to settings to switch on data i can now make calls but can not receive calls.
