I purchased Samsung M30s year ago its shows to update software while i updated its automatically mine phone got dead still its not been resolved .Samsung worst product water money ,not mine phone got lagging every M30s customer was same issue while i contacted with them don't go samsung brand ever

i got this mobile and at the first time it makes a system update it starts to have restart loop time after time , its very bad that you cant use new mobile because of a system updates comes from Samsung it self, how can a software downloaded from Samsung damages your mobile!!!!

I just bought samsun A12 this week. Why is it that i am connected to a wifi and suddenly after 5-10 minutes it will disconnect by itself? All other devices in the house are working fine though.

The way we make mistake is when we either get the phone or update it, we don't factory reset to avoid lagging. So you can reset, I think it will help you better

Bah the Android 11 update messed up my camera flash. At night the flash used to turn on for 2 seconds allowing the camera to focus. Now it turns on only for a split second resulting in blurry photos.

Phone guy , 03 Jun 2021It does not have Android 11 update. Kindly edit that information It has an Android 11 update. My samsung a12 got that after the latest update.

Cass-tiel, 05 Jun 2021Are you experiencing any lagging issues since the update?Please reset your phone after saving your data, many samsung phones require reset after major software updates to delete old residual files which cause lags. I have faced this problem in my galaxy J8 after android 8 to 9 update, took it to samsung service and they simply reset it after i saved my data, it became totally lag free like magic, and has been like that ever since, i did not face lag problem after android 9 to 10 upgrade, it's an amazing phone.

Over the weekend, he received the Android 11,One UI 3.1 update and he told me to help him update it. The total update size was 1,517 megabytes(1.5GB+). So I did the update and it worked well. It only lagged some minutes after the update(which is normal) but presently, the phone is stable.
