I have used the A13...terrible. Screen, cameras, speed, lag, everything is just terrible. If you want a cheap samsung get A23 at the minimum. Otherwise buy a chinese brand. You'll thank me later.

A12 an 13 are crap! Do not waste your money. I had purchased three and they do not hold their settings. Resetting to factory settings made no difference and I ended up in a coma unable to unlock the phone wen I tried to call the Emergency Services and has happened on all three phones. sending complaint to NZ Ombudsman when told by Warehouse just swap for a another one. Poor service as Warehouse blame network 2 degreed and say just swap for another of the smae product not realising it seems a manfacturers design fault and software. 2 Degrees did not want to know and creditted me back the 0 dollars used in calls trying to rememdy with error side. But wanted no part of admitting fault. I cant swap 2 of the phones damaged when I fell into the comas as I broke the screen falling. This phone has the potential to cause someone to die relying on it in an Emergency as this part ws not displaying at all for the one button push on all 3 phones.

This is the worst phone I ever bought.A few months usage and the VoLTE function becomes unusable and disappears from the phone.I took it to a Samsung centre hoping it will be restored.

Same problem..calls will arbitrarily disconnect in them middle of a conversation.

I have had some bad phones, I thought previously, but this Samsung A13 has to be the worst, you make a call 10 seconds later during the call, the call stops call ended...no reason... try to download something interesting? good luck.. the whirly ring just kept going .. forever, and sound? you might get lucky and actually have sound, but don't hold your breath...I was warned, I should have listened, never a Samsung ever again.

For the money I gave, I am very satisfied. Good screen, good sound, good camera. I don't even expect more than that. The phone works great.
