Since the new update of the a20, I can't seem to connect the phone to any of my laptops. I even tried buying a new cable and it still didn't work...
Like why do they roll out updates but updates start bricking phones...

The only beef I have with the Samsung a20 is the camera. I purchased a new on two months ago and the camera is horrible. Every photo has a muted orange color and makes the photos look poor. No vivid reds or blues. I will never purchase this product again. I had a Galaxy 7 Sky Pro and the camera was outstanding and the phone was better and faster than the A20

Decent medium range smartphone.
Pros
- Screen. Beautiful colors in this AMOLED panel.
- Battery life is pretty good. And it charges amazingly fast.
- Samsung UI 2.0 with Android 10. The user experience has been fluid and fast.
Cons
- Camera is okay for social media and basic stuff in daylight but suffers in the night.
- Fingerprint scan is iffy sometimes.
- Bad for you if searching for flagship performance and features.
This is a midrange phone, decent one from a reputable brand. For its intended target audience, it works worders.
Also if you are suffering issues after a software update, you should clear the partition cache, or even factory reset the phone if the update is a major one (like updating from Android 9). I did a factory reset after updating it to the latest firmware and my phone has zero issues with lag, reboots or freezes of any kind.

I purchased the phone through Consumer Cellular. As a Senior it does great. I live in a ATT primary Cell area and it links up well with my Spectrum-Netgear Router Combo..
I'm not as tech savy as some so since I mostly do non gaming or multiple contact texting,
It is way better than it's now obsolete predecessor (sp?).

I discovered the Samsung A20 when I was searching for a new phone since I needed a replacement. It was appealing as the price it had was not too high but the phone itself was not low quality. I got the phone last year and to this day I'm still using it. I use this phone for multiple purposes but mostly to stay in contact with others and social media. The phone is easy to carry and will probably first in your hand. It's about as big as your hand and has a nice wide screen to help you see without any interruptions.
This phone has many strengths from its other phone counter types. The first thing I'd like to mention is how fast it charges. If your phone battery is low and needs a quick charge just plug it in without touching it then boom it's already at 50%. Alongside its quick charge it also has pretty decent battery life it's a perfect balance then again there's also the factor of how much you use your phone. Its screen is crystal clear and you'll be able to look at high definition pictures with it. You wont need a better phone to browse Instagram. Its ability to take pictures should not be underestimated either. From front facing camera to selfie facing camera the pictures come out great!
This phone sounds perfect but everything has flaws and this phone is no exception. One glaring problem is that during regular phone calls the battery life on your phone seems to melt away. Which during long phone calls can get annoying at times. The final thing I can think of isn't much of a problem but more of an annoyance. If you're on a phone call while your phone is charging it will severely slow down the charging on your phone.
Overall this phone is pretty good. I definitely rate it a 9/10 sure it has some flaws but the good really outweighs the bad here.

A20 is the best in this price as compare with other phones, battery is reasonable, graphics best but camera and ram is lower than other phones.
