I switched from an LG to a Samsung A20. Every thing takes several more clicks to accomplish on the A20. Sending a photo in a text, sending a photo in an email, using Google Duo, finding ways to delete ads and pops up galore........this is not a consumer friendly phone. It is a vehicle to advertise unwanted products, services and opinions to the unwary. The Help option must be for phones other than the A 20, because the directions all assume icons that are not anywhere to be found on the A20. This is not a phone for people who have something more imortant to do than click, click,click. click

decent cheap phone. the more you pay for a phone does not insure a better quality experience. the smartphone industry has become a user-experience nightmare. with every new version of android comes more frequent updates, it seems like all this phone ever does is update. now the service carriers have even started the bombardment of relentless updating. update sansung then metro has one immediately following theirs. I have yet to see an update make a notable performance improvement. manufacturers and carriers are so busy basturdizing o. s. code it breaks a lot of functionality. it all has to do with them being in control of how you use your device. so what if I dont want to update. I should have the choice in the matter. screw android 9,10,11 and up. I still have an old zte running 4.4.2 and it works well without all the brewha over updating.

Everybody who updates to Android 10 .
Backup your data a do a full factory reset.. and your
phone will be ok and super fast.

It has worked perfectly after every update I did. Both security updates and the Android 10 update as well.
But i just got a update notification. It says the update is for improved battery charging algorithms and stability.
Am confused if i should update or not cos my battery performance is still good. Has anyone downloaded this update? Did you notice any changes in battery performance?

A20 has call recorder problom.
No call recorder work on this mobile.
It shows the message ( not registerd on network)while calling.
Please tell me about call recorder that work on A20 A20 mobile.

Worst Samsung I ever owned. I've always bought budget Samsung phones over the years and have always been happy, until this one. It always had problems connecting to WiFi or Bluetooth, if you did WiFi calling it would drop the call Everytime. Phone would crash and not be able to turn back on unless you did a force restart and sometimes it would take hours to come back on. The final straw was that the mic wouldn't work about 80‰ of the time during phone calls, but would work every time while taking video or while on Bluetooth in my truck. Just bought a Moto g7 and it's amazing, I'm done with Samsung after buying that a20 and having to deal with it for 10 months
