i am very disapointed in the samsung galaxy s20 5g. The glass there is a spider crack that i didnt do as i had from the very beginning on the phone and i am an adult so am very careful with it. in all the years i have never but one had a problem with a phone. the biggest problem is my phone will not stay on my phone for the audio output. cannot find out to leave it on unless i change it.

Help Desk must have an entire file cabinet of calls from me and I have only had this thing for 6 months. I had an i phone, didn't like it either...way to complicated. I did have a samsung tablet, loved it and thought their phone would be the same. HA...never again

This phone is the WORST!!!!
For starters I HATE that there's no physical home button! Who ever decided that was a good idea should be fired. Every time my phone times out I need to press there button on the side? That's super inconvenient and annoying!!!!
I also hate the volume and power buttons on the same side! No reason for that either, but just to annoy Samsung's loyal customers!
The back button disappears, therefore isn't always there when u want it, another huge aggravator, what was wrong with the old one hidden under the phone? Nothing!
They keep making these phones more and more like iPhone! What don't they understand, we buy these phones cause we don't like iPhones! If we wanted a phone that worked like an iPhone, we would BUY AN IPHONE! We buy Samsung's because they are (well, were!) NOTHING LIKE iPhones!
So cut it out Samsung!
My first smart phone was a galaxy S2. Then I had S4, S6. Then I downgraded money wise n had to go with a galaxy J7 Crown. And for 100$ I have to tell u I couldn't tell a difference between the 100$ crown n the 2000$ S series! Then I got this POS (Piece of Sh*t).
Literally nothing works as it should. It behaves said it's got serious software, or even hardware issues.
No one should spend 200$ for a phone that doesn't work properly. Here's just a few of the problems I deal with every day.
The apps crash EVERY DAY multiple times a day. My crown never crashed apps like this.
The touch screen doesn't respond!
I can touch something 10 times n get no acknowledgement or response! My crown never had a problem with the touch screen and not responding
The battery dies very quick
The screen just glitches out of nowhere. my crown NEVER glitched
I can't use my maps app while I'm plugged into my car while using android auto. My crown let me use my maps while projecting onto my cars screen!
Its the slowest phone I've ever handled! By far!
This is a disgrace to the galaxy name.
I feel cheated and used and taken , basically I feel like I've been robbed. If I knew how horrible this phone was i NEVER would have bought it, I would have gotten the crown again.
BOTTOM LINE THIS PHONE IS THE WORST!

Guys I downloaded samsung ultra data saving from the galaxy store on my phone but I can't find it to launch it. it is not even showing in device care. Can someone help me find it

After updating to to android 10, i found a bug which causes to turn off the phone and can't on. The solution which i found for that is when i put for charge and on the phone, it will on and i have done this several times and it's annoying. Please report to Samsung to fix this bug

I updated the software and when it restarted it never went on again. Moreover, I forced restarted it and it only showed the samsung galaxy a20 logo only and never booted up. Anyone please help.

I've had this phone for a couple of months and have had no issues relating to dropped calls, unreceived texts and poor reception.

I can tell you that the Galaxy A20 is easily the worst phone. I have had nothing but problems with it from dropped calls, lagging, intermittent signal and reception. You text someone and the message takes forever to get to the receiver. The most recent problem was I called someone on my contact list and the phone dialed someone else. Horrible Horrible phone. Do not buy it.

I had no other option but to replace it for almost 70% of the mobile cost. First time experience with an update that completely burned a display of a mobile.
