mine has a problem. when internet connection drops to H+ it starts locking by itself as if you pressed the power botton. you unlock it and it locks itself. it's very annoying. this problem did not go with the upgrade to android 10. or formatting...

Worst phone I've ever purchased, I have problems with screen i can never type, my fingers are about to fall off. Always have to repeatedly tap tap... ta...p tap.. for hours just get my screen going.

For me after my android 10 update, I find my phone, not at all laggy and very fast compared to android 9. Never seen my phone heat up thou. For all the people whose phone suddenly shows the Samsung logo, it means your phone has crashed. I had the same problem and my phone was laggy too when I had android 9. This happened to me because my phone had full storage 31 GB out of 32 GB. Just try to delete all useless files and it will be ok. Well, it became ok for me. Please let me know the feedback after trying this.

3 days after I updated my a20 to android 10, i was only using g-mail and suddenly it wen't to the samsung logo and got it stuck, i believed it's just a firmware crash or something?

Has anyone have heating issue after updating android 10. When I turn on my hotspot or play pubg mobile my a20 gets so hot that scare me alot.

Received the update in UAE. The update is really good. It has been fast and no lags at all.
