Some of the useful features of android 10 that I have come to like are, Battery percentage while charging.
Power off or restart from notification panel. A much improved device care, puts app to sleep you dont use often. And many more...

Great phone all around, going on almost a year with it. Good sound, pictures and videos. Not to mention the amazing battery, from social media, gaming, movies, and series all in a whole day.

I have been waiting for those features to test and delayed another 2 months. Why is Samsung so poor in software side. Hate Samsung.

I bought my Samsung A20 in June 2019 and I've been using this phone for the past 11 months and in short words, this phone is amazing. I saw a lot of comments regarding this phone is bad and many problems with it, but to be honest, I didn't even face one problem in my past 11 months with this phone. The only sad part now his A20 update for Android 10 was supposed to happen in May, but Samsung postponed it in June and later this week to July in the UAE. The phone body and glass are too amazing, I have dropped it by mistake plenty of times, but nothing happened to it but note the point I have a case on it but still, we need to appreciate the phone build quality. It lags sometimes, not always thou. Loved using Samsung A20
