Seriously people? this is 'by far' the BEST phone available considering it's small price compare to the 'top of the line range'...
It has All the features most people need and performs very well in all aspects!
Well done to SAMSUNG!!
We get what we pay for and in this case we get much more, stop being greedy 'CRITICS'!
If your Samsung A20 is not performing as I've written above, than I'd suggest you head to the closest Samsung store or your supplier. Please stop the pettiness and appreciate life? As anyone who has the A20 in full working capacity will approve aswell as be pleased.
Samsung 'COULD' have sold this phone for alot more,in my own opinion...

this phone sucks. I don't have one good thing to say about it. The touch screen simply does not work worth a dam. It is on the charger all night. Goes dead way too soon. Don't buy A20

I dont even know what to put....WHY DOES MY A20 HAVE A MULTI TOUCH PROBLEM....I cant play games like thissss....I have the SM-A205U from Boost Mobile....can a firmware update fix this problem?....I seen videos that it's because of the AMOLED display but whyyyy....this phone has a game launcher and game tools....you can screen record AND IT RECORDS INTERNAL AUDIO....all kinds of stuff for gaming but the multi touch is a problem....I know Samsung wouldnt do this to us this cant beeee....did I just get a bad A20?....I love everything else about the phone and I dont want to say that I wish for my money back because I love Samsung but man this hurts.

Don't buy this phone, it can't keep Network signal. Minor impact can scratch or break the screen. After two weeks the screen went black on mine. Samsung should face fines for releasing such a faulty piece of garbage. I'm officially in boycott mode

We have bought this phone last Nov 2019, It works only one month properly, there is a software issue, its showing phone is overheating and its automatically switch off.we have given to the service center also there is no use.

I find this phone very responsive, much faster than the Galaxy J7 Perx it replaced. Great AMOLED screen, great battery life so far. Very nice phone at the sub-$200 price point.
