i love samsung products..because,having low radiation value then other companies,!this A20 is best but,download more apps to works slow mobile because,it having only 3gb ram..
i think it is best mobile..i think features are updates to fix..

This phone does not have the best pixel quality feels like another cheap metro phone that's like under $60. Judging from the back specs it looks like a $60 phone. When I look up the original price on best buy being $220 that is a ridiculous amount of you really think about it. Screen layout design is amazing but you can see the pixels in the corner to remind you it's a cheap phone. Should've thought about that when designing the phone to be like another iPhone X clone..

The back case is really hard to remove. My phone broke when it's battery got drained, charged it for hours, still didn't fixed the problem. Most of the phones won't break that easily.

Zahid , 23 Dec 2019YesOnly if you want to record your side of the conversation. Android OS 9 will not allow any app period to record both sides of a conversation. This is the one thing about this phone that is a deal breaker for me. I live in a state where recording conversations are legal and I used this feature on my old J7 all the time for business and personal reasons. Now I'm stuck with a phone that is 60% useless to me.

mine when the signal gets to H+ it starts to shut off the screen and opens with a crazy frequency. only in bad coverage. do anyone have an explanation? the other day it refused to charge. i cleaned the port and still no sign. then it begun to charge like 5 seconds and disconnect. after 5 days charging problem is gone. but yesterday it refused to charge again but when i turned it off it started charging. my brother also faced the same charging problem. any idea?
