Very slow internet speed in 4g than any other phones. Even my j2 is faster than this phone. Never buy Samsung anymore.

I have the exact same view BUT samsung isn't the only manufacturer that has this policy. Lenovo has the same policy, phone has poor signal but they will check it and if there is a problem they replace it with someone elses used phone that is who knows how old or how it was looked after

Plugged in the factory supplied USB-C lead and assumed the phone was charging, only to later find it wasn't charging at all. I don't think it's moisture as I keep the phone in a ziplock bag when out exercising. Maybe dust(?)
