I have a20 and I used this phone only for 3day due to overheating of battery. It shows a sign of overheating and don't charge sign. And if I switched on it will stay for few minutes and switched off by itself. We can't find a solution so far, pls I need your advise how to fix this problem and use my phone again.

i have this phone. before this i used a phone with snapdragon 650. to compete with sd650 i had to go in dev options and disable all animations and limit background tasks. other than a slightly weak cpu no complaints....unlike all xiaomis it takes night photos and glass on screen is more durable than redmi note 7 despite being GG3 (thickness affects durability)....also overall build quality is years ahead of any Xiaomi including redmi note 7... for example the frame blends in with the OLED. on xiaomi the lcds are just placed on top of frame

Samsung a 20 is a good deivice according to performances u can play games without interruption battery is best 1 say eassy backup and with fast charging
Camera is no so good as 13 megapixel should
This phone also have security bugs in face unlock anny one can unloack your phone with same gemder the biggest bug in this phone samsung should improve itt

I used this phone from a week now...i am very impressed with phone..pretty good performances so far...battery life is so good it will last 2 days at least ..Software is very fine and user friendly..cam is fine..also display is most satisfied one for me...

You should check yourself to see if your eyes dont have this problem with this displays (read about 10-15 min a long text)
Although m20 has some touch issue i think
When i tested it, the touch response wasnt snappy and had some problems but may be it was only for that single device.
You should check it also if you can and if there is a test device in stores in your area.
