If you want a low-end to budget phone, the A10, A20, or A30 is best. If you want a moderately snappy phone that doesn't have flagship prices, try considering the A40, A50, or A60. If you're a heavy phone user who expects a lot from a phone, the A70, A80 or upcoming A90 is best. Also check out the Galaxy M series, it may not be available in your country, but if it is, it might be a better fit for you than the A series.

Cannot use WLAN ac network etc
Free wifi in some places cannot be connected
If a samsung lover go for a50
Else for same price move to some other brands.
This feature really sucks but less no of people notice this feature

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2019Does it have 5Ghz Wi-Fi support? I am guessing it doesn't 🤮Even Galaxy S2 supports 5GHz WiFi. Samsung did a clever job making this device 'pop' externally. It can fool the eyes easily.
If Samsung says 'budget' then be ready to witness compromises in the internal, less-visible hardware.

Moisture is not but its like the vapour or like water produced by heat or cool. For this I was told to pay for the technical defect. It is really disgusting.
Kindly do not purchase the model galaxy a20. As the model comes with no temperature cooling software.
I just want my mobile to be given free service as it is too costly for me. 12,490/- is not a small amount for me. And again for the technical defect i will not pay 3,000/- more.
Kindly provide me free service. Or do not sell this model. Stop selling this model.

Try wiping cache partition data by getting into recovery mode. It doesn’t erase any data. Turn off the phone, if you can’t then do a force restart, wait for it to turn off and then press and hold power button and volume up button until you see the startup screen. If you see some stuff written in “hacker ”type of font in yellow and blue, then congrats. If you don’t then try again a few times and if it still doesn’t work then I’m sorry, I guess it’s not easy to get there with a frozen phone. It works mostly. Anyway when you are there, use the volume down button to go down to wipe cache partition and click the power button. Then click yes, if it’s not selected then press volume up/down to select. Then when it completes, scroll to Reboot system now and click the power button. Wait for the phone to start and see if anything changes. Hope this helped!

Might've been malware or just a buggy app, but just in case you should do research on other people having the same issue, you might find the problem that way.
