Owners of A20, please answer:
Is the volume of call speaker low? Does increasing it introduce noise in conversation? In general I want to know about the quality of 2G voice call. Thanks

Moisture is not but its like the vapour or like water produced by heat or cool. For this I was told to pay for the technical defect. It is really disgusting.
Kindly do not purchase the model galaxy a20. As the model comes with no temperature cooling software.
I just want my mobile to be given free service as it is too costly for me. 12,490/- is not a small amount for me. And again for the technical defect i will not pay 3,000/- more.
Kindly provide me free service. Or do not sell this model. Stop selling this model.

Try wiping cache partition data by getting into recovery mode. It doesn’t erase any data. Turn off the phone, if you can’t then do a force restart, wait for it to turn off and then press and hold power button and volume up button until you see the startup screen. If you see some stuff written in “hacker ”type of font in yellow and blue, then congrats. If you don’t then try again a few times and if it still doesn’t work then I’m sorry, I guess it’s not easy to get there with a frozen phone. It works mostly. Anyway when you are there, use the volume down button to go down to wipe cache partition and click the power button. Then click yes, if it’s not selected then press volume up/down to select. Then when it completes, scroll to Reboot system now and click the power button. Wait for the phone to start and see if anything changes. Hope this helped!

Might've been malware or just a buggy app, but just in case you should do research on other people having the same issue, you might find the problem that way.

Woke up today and the phone has a frozen screen. It won't respond to touch even after several attempts to restart it. This is after having it for a week and being the first Samsung phone I've bought.

Cjeld, 01 Aug 2019Do we have a AR emoji I can't find AR emoji on my version. It may available on other versions, but to find out if it is, just go the the camera app, selfie cam, and it should be on the top area. If not, you may be out of luck.

Anonymous, 30 Jul 2019I am really happy with this phone - much more than I hoped.... moreIt was because of the ONE UI. Aside from its Android, Samsung (ONE UI) enhanced more the interface.
Great specs and interface for its price.

TL;DR - A great budget phone (from the perspective of an American) that does everything that I need perfectly. If you live in countries other than the US (especially India and China), you may want to look at other options from Xiaomi, Huawei, ect, that may be better value.
Love this phone, i've had it for a little while and it does everything I need - perfectly. I was a little worried about how the display would look, but it looks really good. I'm very surprised how Samsung managed to make a 720p 6.4" display look good... (well, good in my opinion) their AMOLED tech just makes things look so much nicer and crisp. Of course it doesn't look very good in comparison to some flagships and possibly even some mid-rangers, but that's to be expected for a phone at this price. I was blown away by the wide angle camera and the live focus because the one I had prior of this didn't have anything like it. The phone is pretty snappy, but you may see some occasional stutters. The RAM isn't an issue for me, and the battery is quite good too. It also felt lighter than what I was expecting for 6.4" phone, which was a welcome addition. The speaker is... are mehhhh. They're okay, but even my Amazon tablet has better speakers, which is really disappointing. At least they're loud, but I can't really complain that much because I rarely use my phone speakers, and it's a budget phone of course. Not a deal breaker, but something you should consider. The only other negative is the glossy plastic, which is fingerprint haven. I'll be slapping a screen protector and case on it though, so that won't be an issue much longer. All in all, good snappy phone, decent battery, great value for a budget phone.
I recommend you buy it, unless you live in countries w/ brands not available in the US, such as Xiaomi, Huawei, ect, that may be better value.

Walked into a T-Mobile store and tested the phone. The negative I found was the tiny minute speaker which had a extremely poor audio output. It was extremely bad.
Just to compare the speakers and sound to my old Samsung Avant and an antique T-Mobile Prism II I purchase new for $50.00 at Wal-Mart years ago. These 2 entry level phones had a much superior speaker than the Samsung A20. The speaker is the downside to this phone and a game changer to skip out on this purchase.
