I think m20 is better because its 2000 rupees less than A20 and also M20 is full HD while A20 is only HD. Also M20 has 5000 mah battery while A20 has 4000 mah.

1. A20 uses Exynos 7884 chipset while A30 uses Exynos 7904. 7904 is clocked at 1.8 Ghz while 7884 runs at 1.6 Ghz
2. Always On display not there in A20 but there in A30
3.No light sensor(basic sensor) in A20 but there in A30.
