Disappointing. Overheated so bad that it burnt my finger. Network problems all the time. Freezes 4-5x a day.
Have had it for 11 months only. Certainly not getting Samsung again

2 years using this phone, after last update I cant connect it to pc anymore, same like A20s just why samsung? Why? Gonna switch to other brand..
Btw, this phone is great, especially super amoled one, best for watching movie even this phone only 720p

Believe Me or Not I'm Using This Phone From 2018, I Bought It When It was Launched.
Fallen Many Times Got Screen Replaced Twice but After All Its Still Working As Good As Any Other Phone In This Price Range.

Honest opinion it's a good phone for the price works perfectly
Long battery and the durability ( the phone has fallen down 5 floors and survived and worked like normal after a screen replacement) is great after after 2 years the charging gets a bit slower and had a bit of heating issues but that's normal and the storage is only 32 gb and that is low according to today's technology and file sizes and game sizes but after 2 years am upgrading to a new phone and the exyonos does have heating issues and after continuous use it slows down.

Most basic functions of any phone - calling and messaging cannot be done properly through this disgusting piece of shit! Network problem is the ghastly issue in this phone... If u want to operate only Wi-Fi in this phone, u can go for it... Otherwise, dont buy mobile data, for network problem all of your money would be wasted... People calling you will find that your phone is switched off!
I spent farther US$60 worth local currency to repair network issue from the authorised Samsung Servicing Center! They just robbed my money through providing temporary network solution! After a month later, the old problem recurs!
In fact, very often Samsung makes low-quality product for South Asia and gains huge profit margin!
All the smartphones I have used so far were made by Samsung.. I won't buy another Samsung phone again, even if I m offered that for free!

For those who having performance issues try this. Change wallpaper to all black, set display colour to basic and in the battery settings setup auto close apps you don't use offen. My phone is running smooth, these settings seems to have made a difference

I have this phone but it is SO BAD!. The main camera is only 30fps when the A20s which is a downgraded version has 60fps. This barely has any storage, doesn’t have good performance, and would not send messages most of the time. It would lag at the most random time and it is very annoying.
Good things: Pretty decent battery, cool features
I would choose this as a cheap option if your only gonna call and text even though it doesn’t send messages most of the time.

Worst phone ever! Won't send text messages half of the time, especially if someone has sent me one at the same time. Lags all the time when typing. Cannot get the damn fingerprint unlock to work 95% of the time. I want to throw this thing out the window but can't afford a new phone these days. This phone runs my mood daily.
