The phone runs One UI core. Apps are not kept in memory (3 GB RAM model) while my A20 does, Take your phone to nearest Samsung Service centre and have them install full one UI. It makes a difference.

This is a great phone with 32gb internal memory.
I bought this cause of the memory and also purchased a 32gb sd card but what a let down as u can't move apps to sd card so ive got an completely empty sd card and a 1gb space od internal memory sorry I ever bought this crappy phone.... if it was possible move apps it would b a fantastic phone

It's a good phone. Don't be discouraged by anyone's comment as most of them don't have the phone. I have it for 3 months and its working perfectly well, just make sure you buy the 4GB or 6GB version so that your applications will have enough memory space to run. Most of them want Note 20 ultra for $200.
