Call record feature is not available it is a mistake please update it and send updates to users of this mobiles this is most important.

I had two issues today:
1. The sound quality goes so bad, it happens when I try to be on call with a friend so that we can see a Netflix show, or any video on the net, and no, its not my earphones.
2. Phone just restarted four times in a row while i was trying to play a game, got to the menu and then it did the restart, and it had about 28%, so i don't see where the problem might be. Also i am using the phone in my room that has AC, so heating problems are not something to worry.

Last week we bought two Samsung A21s for my wife and my self from Saudi Arabia, my wife's, device got new update and now the security software version September 2030 and my phone didn't get update and when I tried to update it it says no new update available and the security software version is May 2020, is this normal?
