Received phone yesterday and charged it to 95%. It is still at 65% one day later with a prediction of one day and five hours remaining at current use. Power saving mode is on but it is just fine. Contrary to some posts on here, I have found the battery life to be exceptional.

Screen touch issues. Worst phone. Worst customer service. Bought it 15 days ago and disappointed.Samsung customer care also not helping.I have shown them proof with a video. Still they are trying to make people fool by giving excuses.

One day of usage already expe... moreI have bought the worst phone galaxy a21s, creaky case from the side cover, 720ppi is not value for money it is not an amole display, network coverage is low....and samsung service centre are not good. They do not give full support. I regret it for buying this phone

I bought it on the 3rd of July and from first it statred auto off and on went to settings to check if it was set but nope it just auto switch off n on it sucks

Bought this phone a week ago. One day of usage already experiencing some problem including creaky case on the bottom corner left (samsung technician said it's cause of plastic case, tech said that others experience this problem too) and when you turn brightness to lowest my a21s screen decided to give me epilepsy by exploding their pixel rate. 0/10 really disappointed with samsung now i'm using a51

My test with A21s Model Result
Screen = Not Easy to cracking and scratching. So good quality.
Camera front & Behind = i use knife no scratching also. good quality.
Battery = can use 5 day. wooww so great. powerfull
i throw this phone. still operate normally like new.
A21s is the best & Recomended. No loss, buy it.

Phone is good.. camera quality is not that much as written on papers.. battery life worst.. don't understand how is it possible for 5000mAh battery toh discharge in 7-8 hr of continue using internet

I bought the phobe and found it perfectly right.
What more we can expect from Samsung in this price. 48mp with 5000mah, exynos 850. Its a perfect machine overall.Fast processing and reliable.

Worst phone
Gets hanging within 1 day of use and it gets automatically switched off and starts only after 15 minutes.need to replace within 2 days

I'm really interested in buying this phone but I'm not sure if I will be satisfied with the screen resolution. My brother has an A30s and I'm not impressed by its screen resolution and I feel like if I buy A21s, I will feel the same. Do you all think the screen resolution is that bad? Should I just wait for Samsung to release more mid-range phones?

Individually m31s has better hardware but collectively a21s is better. The battery of m31s is 6000mah but its processor is also 10nm so it draws more power while a21s has 8bnm processor which is better in power and performance. That's why this phone is costly than m31s because of hidden technical details which compliment each other

I purchased this phone on July 2nd and I'm not particularly impressed with the picture density when I watch videos on Youtube compared to my previous Samsung device (J7 Pro). When I tried synchronising my gallery from Samsung cloud, the notification I received was that the feature was not available for the phone. Also when I try to scroll through the status of my contacts on whatsapp, the phone will occasionally freeze.
In addition, the touch screen occasionally requires a hard press unlike my previous device. Possibly the benefit of an AMOLED screen. However, the picture quality of the phone is good.
I expected more but I guess considering it's a budget phone, I have to manage my expectations.

This is the kind of thing you need to figure out before buying a phone.
