I really don't like how companies make their 5G variants especially for midrangers and entry level phones to be downgrades of their 4G variants. Take this A22 5G, A32 5G and the Redmi Note 10 5G. They downgrade by either changing the screen display from AMOLEDs to LCDs or TFTs or making the phones hybrid sims or changing the cameras. It makes it so annoying to buy these phones because on the one hand users want to future proof themselves with 5G but to do that they have to compromise on other important features.

The phone is 5G but its WIFI is only upto ac (Wifi 5) and not ax (Wifi 6).

They... moreI laugh at this, have you read the review? Some reviewer (not just gsmarena) said mostly the same thing: LCD panel is underrated, low res, color's and saturation are dull, slow response
In iPhone i can understand they use LCD panel, BUT they use the high quality that makes colors are vibrant, near the OLED Panel and pass the DCI P3 standard
What i saw that samsung may use TFT panel like head unit panel, colors are not really important, the best TFT still IPS LCD, but remember: IPS is trademark of LG panel, which the reason samsung NEVER EVER mention IPS because they produce their own TFT not need to buy anymore, samsung panel trademark only PLS, and there are also AS and TN LCD which used on head unit display, the same tech different factory trademark

But HOW? This series is cheaper than A32 5G, yes this is 400-700k IDR cheaper than A32 but this phone got 90hz and FHD and 0.1 bigger, the same MTK 700 series
Yes, this is the cheapest 5G from samsung, but Poco will launch M3 5G with same chipset and maybe little cheaper than A22

Is this a Cheap trash pho... moreIts sacrifice for 5G. You know Samsung would never let Amoled/Super Amoled gone for midrange and flagship. Considering the service their provide (including long term update) and decent 5G chip, they had to sacrifice the screen.
But however, the only I concern is the chipset that I afraid Samsung could not optimize it, expect to have lag experience.
Also the camera. Almost Samsung camera on this pricetag usually decent or under decent.

Though we're not sure about privacy, apps using data collection for targeted ads are very common, but you can disable those if just want random ads. There's also Permission manager to control apps access to your phones hardware like if don't want apps tracking your position w/ your phones GPS, or your camera and microphone; You can always deny access to those. Really depends on how you define "privacy."

Samsung has to use all its LCDs for their own phones or otherwise they will experience a huge loss. They already stopped LCD production this month.
