We want 5.7 - 5.9 inch display, 6.6 inch is very difficult to work with one hand when we are in busy time.

You guys have no idea what is TFT. TFT is not a display type, it is a component of modern display. TFT stands for Thin Flim Transistor, it is a layer of transistor which resides backside of display, it controls all pixel and sub-pixel's on/off status. All modern display has TFT, whether it is LCD/uLED/OLED. The display should be either IPS or PLS. My be wiki it before commenting wrong information.
