It's a great phone for its price. I've always wanted the A34 but I have no budget so I got into this phone. It's not a bad phone, with battery that doesn't drain much and camera that's great, it's not really a bad news. I've been using this for a month now btw.

I recently purchased an A24 for my wife, but it is so loaded with crapware and advertising that she went back to using her old A7 2017. What an insult from Samsung having me pay for a piece of s---.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.
So I got stuck with a $200 paper weight.

Mokylaw, 21 Jul 2023No Corning Glass protection?According to Corning, no.
https://www.corning.com/gorillaglass/worldwide/en/products-with-gorilla-glass/smartphones/samsung.html
Which is unfortunate, considering the A22 5G and A23 4G support it, and (look at that) Gorilla Glass 5.
If the A24 had Gorilla Glass 3 (like the M12, M21s, F41, A30 and A20 did), that would be something.
However, if it's any consolation, the A24's screen apparently doesn't scratch easily, unlike the back.

Samsung Galaxy A24 The phone is excellent in all aspects, the body of the phone and the thickness with the design and the mod used are very good. The company that manufactures the phone screen is excellent, but please we want the screen brightness to be 600 nits (peak) for me that this is the normal level for eye protection, but for 1000 nits (peak) it is annoying and causes damage to the eye and no one uses the phone in sunlight. I tell you there is no need for me to use this increase in screen brightness. 600 nits (peak) is sufficient and excellent and gives the eye comfort during scenes The hour is long, please, Samsung. We want the same quality of this A22 screen or screen as the 4G version, but the screen brightness is 600 nits (peak) I hope that this will be achieved in the A24 model next year.

I bought the Galaxy A52s in 2021 when it was released, but unfortunately, it got stolen earlier this year in March. So, I had to wait for the release of the Galaxy A24. Before this, I had a Galaxy A20 when it first came out, and I knew the A24 wouldn't disappoint me. I've been using the A24 for 4 days now, and honestly, I don't miss my A52s much. The A24 performs well in almost all areas, and the camera is decent. The Helio G99 chipset handles everything well, though there is some occasional lag, but not too much. The speaker's sound is there but not very loud. I'm happy that it has NFC, as I can make payments using my phone and don't need to carry a wallet. The display is good, and the battery is also good. If you're looking for a good phone without breaking the bank or getting into debts, I highly recommend the Galaxy A24. You won't regret it.
