Mike67, 22 Oct 2016My Samsung Galaxy A3 has started using 15% to 20% of batter... moreI'm having the same problem! It may have begun (to a lesser extent) before the up-date but I can't say for sure. It's still under warranty so is being replaced (with a different phone as they don't make this now).

i have the same problem after the updat .he won,t charge any more .
the battery level is only going down even when he is on charge.
do you already have a solution how to solve tis ?

pls my Samsung a3 only use one headphone recently instead of the two headphone to b working one will work and I have restored it to factory settings but still doing same thing.

My Samsung Galaxy A3 has started using 15% to 20% of battery overnight WHEN TURNED OFF. Does anyone know why this is? I have recently updated the system to Android 6.0.1.

I have a Samsung Glaxy A3 Mobile. Using in Bangladesh. My problem is battery Charging %. All time show 48%. It’s not changeable. Suddenly off my mobile without warning. Any solution to the mentioned problem?
