Anonymous, 25 Aug 2015How did you update that from kitkat to lollipop ? Unfortunately sometimes depending on which country yr phone was made in... u won't be able to upgrade. You can try by going to "about phone"(under settings) probably near the bottom. Then go to software and check for updates (CAUTION USE WIFI WHEN UPDATING, this can use loads of data

Don't upgrade to Lollipop! My samsung A3 was "Network Not Registered" or anything sim card was eror.
And now my phone as "tab wifi" :( only browse with wifi connection.

Please help me, I have Samsung A3 (1month)
I have a problem. "Network not Registered" on my device.
I tried...
1. off-on mobile data
2. Off-on flight mode
3. factory reset
4. Replaced Sim Card
5. Update software
6. Replaced WCDMA-GSM Only and etc..
7. Reboot
8. Turn off radio
But 6 ways still can not make my device fix.
When I go to service center samsung in malang indonesia, my waranty card is lost, so not serviced.

My home wifi network was working perfectly for my new Samsung Galaxy A3. unfortunately after lollipop it doesn't connect properly. i get the error message as "Sign in to network" and it goes to the internet page. after few seconds it gets disconnected and reads " session timed out" and "your device has been disconnected by the network"
it connects with other 4g network. but not with my prolink router.
please help me out. i tried all the various help out there.

hk, 18 Aug 2015It's really really really slow and freezes a lot!! And then... moredude same thing is happening to me after installing knox and upon with that if u uses ur facebook app consoder it a computer from 90s
i went to the service center they said its because of lollipop update
